Stay far away from this dealership. We were straight-up lied to by the "FINANCE COACH" - (his name is GENE INMAN, because THE COUNTRY SHOULD KNOW THEIR HEROES). Before agreeing to any of the extra packages, I clearly asked for proof that every single one of them could be canceled. He admitted he had no documentation whatsoever, yet still insisted--over and over--that they were all cancelable. That was a complete lie. Because we trusted his word, we ended up losing over $1,000 on products we never wanted and now cannot cancel. If he had been honest from the beginning, we never would have agreed to any of it. The dealership even admitted their employee gave us false information, offered an apology, and then still refused to refund a single dollar. An apology is meaningless when you knowingly keep money obtained through deception. This dealership has zero honesty, zero integrity, and zero accountability. I went to several dealerships in search of my next vehicle. Every single one used high pressure sales tactics and really didn't listen to my needs. My salesperson was Taylor. She had the car waiting for me when I arrived and was genuinely friendly. She did tell me about one add on that is on every vehicle and after looking at the contract, this was much better than other dealers with interesting "fees". I believe there reason that I felt no pressure is because their salespeople are not on commission. The price was exactly the great price I saw on their website. If you look closely on the site it explains the business model as well as the paint and interior package. Every individual I encountered was very friendly including the sales manager Ruben. Horrible experience. The incompetence of the salesperson, Taylor Nobles and General Manager, Haleigh Keen was atrocious. They refused to give me any customer service contact info outside of that facility. I was told I'd have to submit my complaint to the exact person I was complaining about and that's unsatisfactory. The Salesman and GM and Sales Manager were all misinformed about a vehicle title request and became argumentative and disrespectful because I was unsatisfied with them erroneously denying my request with bogus verbal justification. I requested the documented legal premise to their denial and of course it couldnt be provided. Eventually the title was submitted according to my request. The GM refused to acknowledge her error but retained some knowledge or mentorship then reluctantly did her job. along with this they tried to force me to purchase an "appearance protection package" for $699, stating it was mandatory. She was told that there was no way to remove the charge as all cars sold there mandatorily have that contract added. Their website says it's optional. Upon showing that to the sales rep he argued but refunded the $699. Mgmt wrote out 2 "we owe" repair slips and we departed. Today, mgmt reached out to me. Gene was horrible, I couldn't have been more prepared to buy a $34k car, qualified w/ 12-15k going towards the car I'm going to buy. I'm not sure what angle he tried to play or what he was looking at lol, his coworkers know what I mean. Someone like me who had background in sales, my case would've been a layup. He downplayed all my leverage with "we're wholesale so we're only going to give you wholesale for your trade in." Some of the cars here been mechanically repaired by them. The reason how I know is cause I recently bought the car less than two months ago, less than 1,000 miles driven and it broke down. The ford dealership told me that the cv axle came off slightly off the transmission case causing all the transmission fluid to come out and now the car doesn't want to drive forward or reverse. They told me that the cv axle looks new and has been recently repaired and that it wasn't installed right. If eco park had done thier multi inspection right they would've find out them selfs before they sold the vehicle and if they did knew about it then thier mechanics did a bad job on repairing the vehicle. How I know they have mechanics cause I spoke to one of them myself. I wouldn't trust buying a vehicle from here especially thier extended warranty which would make any excuse for not repairing the problem. There warranty company fidelity warranty services is a SCAM!! I am only sorry that I had to give 1 star to this place to even write this review. Just do yourself a favor and run far away. They are shady, disorganized, and have very poor business practices. They give incorrect information (for example, stating that Texas requires wet signatures when even the Texas Independent Auto Dealers Association states that electronic signatures are acceptable and have been since March 2020). They also refused to accept a legally executed power of attorney (due to our son being deployed in the military). We will see if they return his $500 hold deposit... And forget about calling them and trying to get through to anyone. Even their corporate office (who called 4 people at this location) couldn't get anyone to answer their calls. My advice... run and go to a real dealership. Also, be skeptical of any company where the employees are posting some of these 5 star reviews. Check (particularly the google reviews) for yourself and you will see some of "customers" are named in other reviews as employees! The Salesman (Lance Bailey) was great, but that's where the positives ended. He shared the financing terms with me & said the dealership was preparing docs for me to sign. Well... Those docs took 4 hrs. I had to sit there in the freezing cold showroom for FOUR HOURS waiting to sign the docs! It was only when I said I was leaving that my salesman (not the finance person) brought me an IPAD type gadget for me to sign electronically. So since he was not a finance person, I had questions. I have spent the last 5 days trying to get my questions answered. No one answers phone & the Salesman even tried to interface with the finance people to get my questions answered... To no avail.
