It did not come on through the remote. I realized I had not told workers who were installing a floor to only use the remote. When I talked with Matt, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful with us. Considering we were dumb and dumber in realizing what to do to turn the light back on. Nonetheless he was calm and not critical in any way but definitely customer oriented. To conclude, there is a chain to pull in the center of the fan light. Point made. They did literally nothing else. They did not disclose the diagnostic fee before coming out. They offered to replace 2 of the 3 breakers because the other one is a gfci and they don't carry it? How about quote the gfci breaker and go buy it from Home Depot. Why the hell would I want 2/3 of my equipment repaired? Asked for a quote for a panel replacement, and it was about 2000$. They saw the large home and went on their Highway robbery scheme.
