Once the parts all arrived, 2 weeks for a damn downrod fans took 2 days Amazon is crazy, We made the appt and Jerry picked up all the parts he needed and showed up. We worked in a heated attic, I needed a fan to keep him cool, but we got all the wiring done. The fans where installed in a cooler environment, but that attic was super hot. I now finally have a ceiling light in 2 bedrooms that both have fans on them. First time in 35 years of living here. Great job. Might have another job in a few months that might be harder than this one.

We had a lot of hope of working with John, to take care of certain things in our apartment. He came…read moreover to check everything out right away, and then said that he would send a proposal with the Estimate. And that is when we waited, and waited the first time. My husband texted him a few times, to make sure he had the correct email address. When that didn't work, I texted him and then finally found an email for him and sent a sternly worded email to him. Finally I was able to get an answer back, and after a little bit longer had gotten the proposal. We had to send it to our landlords for approval, and once we had that we sent it back to John to get things moving. That was sometime around July I believe. I did understand that he was working on other projects, and tried to respect that. So I didn't overload him with messages or emails. But when sometime went by, and we hadn't heard anything. I sent I believe two more emails to him asking when we can finally get our stuff done as we did everything he had asked. And we have heard nothing from him, it is 11-20-25 today. I think I sent the last email in beginning of Oct. And nothing, nothing at all. He apparently I have figured decided not to help us, and just forgot to let us know. All I can figure is our project was too small, not as exciting I am sure as other projects he might get. If you need something done quick, and not too complicated don't bother with him. He doesn't communicate, and he doesn't bother to tell you when he has decided not to handle your project taking months out of your time in which you could have been reaching out to someone else to help you.

I used this company to haul things from my house today. Melvin the owner, gave me a FLAT rate of…read more$450.00 after I sent him photos of what will be hauled out. Two wonderful gentlemen showed up the same day I called, great guys. Did it in less than two hours, and when the invoice came, I was being charged $625.00. They charged me an extra $75 for disassembling a furniture, a furniture was not disassembled, and another $100 for holding the stuff until Monday, it's Saturday today. I was not told of an extra $100 because the dump site is closed. I asked him to honor the flat rate he gave me. He ended up revising his invoice and charged me $500. I paid him the over priced rate just to get done with him but told myself to give him a less than stellar review. I will not use him again, there are other companies who will keep their word and rate.
