The hand gun safety classes are taught by active duty police officers, each of whom has an average of 20 years of service, including experience on a regional SWAT team. Students will learn through a combination of video, Power Point, and hands-on firearm training. The firearms training courses will cover a wide variety of topics, including pistol craft, legal issues related to concealed carry, the application process, home and personal safety, and much more.
