Have had the machine for 8 years and wore my cpap 7-9 hours a night. Needless to say i panicked not knowing it is a warning but is still functioning. Started calling first sleep clinic at 8a.m. to no avail, then various cpap supply stores. Could never talk to a person only leaving messages. From reviews I saw it noted it my take weeks to months to get a new macnhine. I am on medicare and needed my insurance to help pay. Still in panic mode. Had only used Total Respiratory in Florence one time for a mask as my other supplys came from another state by ups when I had different insurance that paid everything. Now on Anthem HMO things are different. Finally my provider returned my call and explained what I must do to get another machine and told me it could take weeks. I called Total Respiratory told them the machine I needed and Jen called and obtained an order from my provider and by 3 pm I had a new machine. $29 and $9/month for 13 months then the new machine would be mine. Slept well last night thanks to my provider St, Elizabeth Sleep Clinic and a great big thank you to Jen at Total Respiratory ion Florence, Ky. Would like to suggest that companies shorten the tree line when customers are calling. Nothing worse when you are scared to death to have to navigate call after call and push buttons and not get to talk to a live person. My name is Bonnie B.

The providers and front desk are fine. The billing, intake and records department are not very fast…read moreor helpful. I called and left multiple messages and the calls are not returned in a timely manner. I wish I had a better experience this office. Luckily, I found another provider better suited to my needs. The provider I was seeing didn't want to see me anymore because I missed 2 appointments because I couldn't figure out how to use the online telemedicine platform and I was 7 minutes late. Apparently he couldn't wait for 7 minutes, but he was over 10 minutes late to my first appointment.
