I called and left multiple messages and the calls are not returned in a timely manner. I wish I had a better experience this office. Luckily, I found another provider better suited to my needs. The provider I was seeing didn't want to see me anymore because I missed 2 appointments because I couldn't figure out how to use the online telemedicine platform and I was 7 minutes late. Apparently he couldn't wait for 7 minutes, but he was over 10 minutes late to my first appointment.

Please review her position, i consider her unfit for a job like that, where instead of helping the client, she becomes argumentative, she bashed our company as well. When i asked for a supervisor she refused to put one on the phone, claiming she is the supervisor; i tried to make the process as smooth as it can be, but seems she wanted to make everything complicated, finally asked for the number but "demanded" it from me, i refuse to accept such hostile environment and her manager should review her job position. Next time i'm reporting it to the labor department.
