I scheduled a tattoo with guest artist @gee_nk at Trilogy, and the experience was great. Upon arrival, I was greeted and introduced to my artist. The shop is very clean and can get busy. The bathroom was spotless, and I was offered water and donuts. Gee is an excellent artist and did an amazing job on my tattoo. My session lasted about 10 hours, and we stayed until the shop closed. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure I had a great experience.

Rico was by the best tattoo artist I have ever worked with! We came in as walk in and he took care of every person in my party of 4 and even stayed after closing to help us all out! The line work was absolutely amazing! Rico is doing awesome work in there and made us feel so welcomed!

This studio is the PLACE TO GO if you're in D.C. it's clean, it's nice, and the staff is friendly. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. This was my first two tattoos and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience. We walked in last minute and they were able to do everything we asked. Love this spot!

Went to this studio for my first tattoo, and they did an amazing job. The piece is dense with small, detailed lines, and the artist really nailed it. I say this only to highlight that they addressed it very professionally, but the artist left out three teeny tiny lines, and they made it very easy for me to come back in for a free touch up. Very professional, clean, and comfortable spot, as others have said. Very much recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for future work.

It was my first time getting tattooed at this shop and it was an overall great experience. The environment is professional and fun to be around. I got tattooed by Maria and she did an amazing job, not just with the tattoo itself but with her communication skills and attentiveness. I would definitely come back!

It's been 20 years since my last tattoo and this was the best experience from start to finish !! Dedo the guest artist was amazing to work with ! Getting the tattoo of my late dog i was so nervous hoping it would turn out good ! Dedo is a guest artist in town from Mexico till the 21st..He took time to perfect the image and then was so easy going to talk to and made it such a fun experience! he was also able to do the paw print on my ankle ! Dedo's detail was amazin so glad i made the appointment ! the shop was clean , and the staff (David?) well the guy w the beard was super friendly , and patient as well staying open well past closing and not rushing me out ! definitely check them out on 14th street!!

The gallery opened in 1941 thanks to financier and art lover Andrew W. Mellon, who believed the American people deserved a museum every bit as grand as those in Europe. Built in gleaming marble by architect John Russell Pope, the place feels less like a museum and more like walking through a royal treasury of creativity. One room might greet you with the grace of Raphael, while another lets you stare straight into the swirling brilliance of Vincent van Gogh. And here's the delicious little detail: this world-class collection began with just over a hundred paintings and a few dozen sculptures from Mellon's personal stash ehis gift to the nation. Today the gallery holds well over 150,000 works, spanning centuries of human imagination. It's the kind of place where you wander in for a quick look and suddenly find yourself rubbing elbows with masterpieces that usually live in textbooks. No velvet ropes, no fancy invitation required just walk in and enjoy the riches. Now that's what I call art with a little champagne sparkle.

When you walk in the exhibit, it is an open space with a large sunflower backdrop for pictures. After you check in, you can take a more professionalized photo, chose your background and purchase it at the gift shop for $10. It was not crowded at all which is great because it gives you time (and space) to read about the artist Vincent Van Gogh. I learned a lot and saw more replicas of his artwork. Only reason why I had to deduct a star is because there were some evident errors in years posted of his work. One piece said he created a masterpiece in the 1900s and another said he did artwork in 1837 when he wasn't even born yet lol. The best parts of the immersive experience were the 360 room of theatrical lights, the 10 minute Virtual Reality ($5 p/p) and the staff I met along the way. My bonus dad and I spent about 30-40 mins in the room watching the story of Van Gogh's background. I was amazed at the different screens displaying so much I didn't know where to look because every screen was covered. The strobe lights on the floor were emulating birds and rain. The VR was well explained and made comfortable by Perry. At the end of the VR, you then walk into the gift shop and explore a few souvenirs. We met Donnie and Paige there who had wonderful, vibrant personalities. I purchased our pics from the booth earlier and he bought a flask with shot glasses. This was my 1st time at this exhibit and in this area that I saw many cool places to check out later like Metro Bar, a movies theater next door, & an indoor pickle-ball/rollerskate place. The dinosaur exhibit was right next door so don't be frightened if you hear a tyrannosaurus while checking out Van Gogh's work :D

You don't have to do the VIP experience to do it. There's a sign that says $5 at the end to participate. I'm not too sure how much it was in total cause my bf paid but I think it was around $75. My favorite part was the Artechouse house like portion where you have like a 20-30 mins of watch all his paintings, quotes, and inspo on the walls.
