Sorry for the long post…read more We have a small (1person sized) cave shower in our master bathroom. Now, I'll preface this with the fact that the house was built in early 1981. We have not done much to update or remodel the bathroom. The shower was a tile that had hed up pretty well over the years. Some tiles had come loose so we deided it was time to redo the shower. After visiting some local bath remodeling supply stores, we decided it would be best to contract it out to a remodeler. We received a call from Statewide Remodeling about setting up a review and for them to show us some products. They primarily use a Kohler product called LuxStone. Their design specialist went through their project handling and took measurements of the shower. He designed a shower that we were excited to get built. Originally, they scheduled a project start date that was several weeks away saying that they had to get the product and do some preliminary cuts. The walls were a nice stone that had a quartz pattern. The designer showed us that the pattern would flow around the shower and look like it was folded. The example photos reflected this. They called and said that they would start the demo on a Friday, but the city inspector wouldn't come inspect the initial plumbing until Monday. We had been told that it would only take a few days for the remodel and this was driving it three days for demolition and another few days for completion. We rescheduled to have the start on a Monday and (Hopefully) finish by Friday. Demolition went quick, even though the contractor had a flat tire and left the project for 4 hours to get repaired. Plumbing was done and ready for the inspector. o big issues and the inspector was in and out. Then came the cluster. Instead of using a pattern for the floor pan using cardboard or something get the right cuts, they just measured and cut, then had to cut again, and try it, then cut again, try it, cut again and again. In and out of the house several times before the floor pan would fit. The wall with the fixtures was cut wrong so it had to be redone. There was some water damage to a couple of studs. They replaced those, but we pointed out that the lumber was twisted and bowed. We were told, "I've been doing this for 30 years. I know what I'm doing." Contractor said that they were finished and wanted us to look it over and approve. It was a terrible looking mess. We could put our fingers between the wall and outside pieces. The opening was at least an inch difference between the top and bottom. Visibly off before I measure it. The opening that had the twisted and bow stud, was twisted and bowed as we had told him it was. Needless to say, things went from bad to worse as the contractor stormed out of the house. He called the field supervisor (who had been too busy to check on the build). The contractor had to tear out the opening and redo it. We were told that we would be ecstatic with the shower, because Statewide only did quality work and strived to get a 10/10 customer satisfaction with the project. NOPE! We're OK with the result, but far from ecstatic. We learned a valuable lesson on the project. We have another bathroom to redo but will never use Statewide Remodeling again. You may not want my advice but never use them is you want to be ecstatic about the finished project.

Stay away from this company!…read more A friend purchased a window for her kitchen. It took 4 months to get it. The installer didn't clean the window after installing it. He left, then I looked at it and there was an obvious blemish on the inside of the inside glass (It's double paned). If he had cleaned it, he would have seen it. I called for her, and the lady said they'd send someone out. Someone arrived two hours later and took pictures of the blemish. Four months later, we hadn't heard anything, so I called for her again, and the lady said she'd send it to a different department. Several days later Waylon showed up, and said the original installer no longer worked for the company. Waylon took pictures, gave us his cellphone number, and said he would be the one who installed it. That was December 28, 2023. In early May, we still hadn't heard anything, so she called Waylon. He didn't answer, but she left a detailed message. May 15th, he still hadn't returned her call, so I called him and left a detailed message. He never responded to either of us, however, someone did arrive Friday, May 24th and replaced the window, however, he didn't clean it. There are still glue marks where he removed stickers. Thankfully, there are no blemishes on it, so we don't have to deal with the company ever again. My advice to anyone reading this, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMANY!

This company has provided truly the worst customer service experience I have dealt with. I wish I…read morehad read the Google Reviews before we signed a contract with them, as our experience conforms exactly with those of many others here: once the contract was signed, they treat their customers like garbage, repeatedly failing to respond to calls, and failing to deliver on promises to fix issues that are brought to their attention. We signed a contract in April of 2024 for windows, siding, and gutters. To date (16 October 2025), the job is not finished, despite repeated attempts to get the company to do the job they were paid for. Additionally, the gutters were installed poorly and leak. This was brought to the company's attention and again, promises were made that it would be taken care of. Nothing has materialized. If I could assign a '0' to this review, I would. Avoid this company.
