Painted my car and it had excessive orange peel. Not happy with the quality of the paint job but everything else was pretty good.

The man who did the estimate was very knowledgeable and friendly and Pam at the front area is wonderful.

Customer service is top notch. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows! Kept forgetting to leave a review sooner but better late than never! If you need repairs go to Gerber!

I arrived for an estimate and, before anyone even greeted me, I heard the General Manager, Lisa Plemons, instruct the front desk receptionist from the back of the office to turn me away because several vehicles had already been accepted that day. I left without being helped and had to return another day before my vehicle was finally accepted for an estimate. My 2016 Nissan Maxima was repaired following a rear-end collision, and I was notified that **the repairs were complete and my vehicle was ready for pickup**. I planned to pick it up the following morning when the shop opened. Instead, I arrived to learn that my vehicle had been **stolen overnight while still in Gerber's custody**. What has been most frustrating is the lack of answers afterward. During meetings with management, I requested an incident report and was told one did not exist. I asked for surveillance footage from Gerber's property and was told there was none available. I also asked about Garage Keepers Insurance and was told that although coverage exists, it did not apply to my situation. Surveillance footage from a neighboring business reportedly showed the suspect spending time near Gerber's parking lot before entering my vehicle and driving away. That left me asking several questions that remain unanswered: * Why were completed customer vehicles left outside overnight without additional security? * Why wasn't there a fenced or gated storage area? * Why weren't customer vehicles monitored by Gerber's own surveillance system? * Why did I have to rely on another business's cameras to understand what happened? Losing your vehicle is stressful enough. Having it stolen after the repair shop tells you it's ready for pickup is something I never expected. I hope Gerber uses this incident as an opportunity to improve its security practices and communication with customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location, and I will not be returning.
