One was a leaking sunroof drainage system which soaked the floorboards and other areas on one side of the car every time it rained! Also, the locks in 3 of the doors were becoming increasingly erratic in terms of responding to the key fob, and one door had suddenly become "unaligned" (for lack of a better word!) and had started making a loud creaking noise every time it was opened and closed. Chuck's kept the car for 5 days, kept us informed during that time, and Andy successfully fixed all the problems for a reasonable price.
