I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL C&D Collision Center, and Jason, are. We were on a road-trip and had our car bumped by another on the road while we still had over a month and hundreds of miles to go. I call C&D Collision Center 5 minutes before they were listed to close, and Jason answered the phone (!) AND made an appt for us to come in at 9am the next morning. We said if the car was fine that we would not be having the work done there, and Jason said "no problem". He took our car around back, examined it, CLEANED up the scrapes and wheel and gave us our free estimate; they would not accept any monetary compensation. I can guarantee that if we lived close we would have them work on our car in a heartbeat and I recommend that if you are close to them, that you do, too! I give them 6 stars out of 5. read more

Charlie at C & D and his people are the best in Dayton, Ohio. What they do is pure artistry. Charlie has helped us with several of our vehicles. He listens to what you would like done and makes suggestions for you to consider with no pressure, and his employees make your vehicle look like it just came off the showroom floor. really good service. several things stood out. 1. Offered lift back to and from my apt while my car was there the day. 2. They saw another random small dent and applied some rust convertor onto it without even me asking. That means they looked around to see what else extra that they could easily do. 3. The wait is not ridiculous and they do stuff on time. What I needed only took one day. 4. They are honest. The final charge was less than half of what was originally coated because they said it took them much quicker than they expected. 5. Did exactly what I was looking for at the price that was way better than other places. I really trust this place with my car. read more

Excellent service. These guys do really great work but they went above and beyond to take care of me during my repair. I didn't have rental coverage, but they were able to get me a loaner vehicle to use. My insurance company was really slow to respond so that made the repair take about 8 days longer than it should have, but C&D worked with me throughout the whole process and kept me updated on progress. Bob T. 4/10/2021 I had to have a new passenger door put on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 and the C&D crew did a great job matching the paint (indigo red crystal pearl) and the door lines are perfect. I 100% recommend C&D Collision Center! They were super helpful with everything from getting my car estimated to talking with my insurance company to getting my car fixed. I have never had to take my car to a body shop like this before so I wasn't too sure on what all I needed to do, but Charlie and the staff were very helpful and walked me through everything that needed to be done. They even made sure a rental car would be available for me the day I dropped off my car. The only problem was Hertz not getting to the collision center the time they said they would but I blame Hertz on that one. So if you where need to get your car fixed, go to this place. An 18 wheeler took out the back right side of our car. C&D restored it for a reasonable price and it looks like new. This is a green 2003 Saturn VUE, which didn't have a scratch on it. Earlier this year, when driving out of a driveway with a gate, the gate closed on the passenger side of my car. My door would not open as it was bent in slightly. Though we got the door to open by prying the bottom a little, it was still bent in and the bumper was bent in also. I tried with another company that I had used before and they made a far off appointment, saying they were really busy and it was hard to get Chevy parts at that time. After waiting and being put off further, I called C & D Collision Center and they were able to get me in the next week. They worked with the insurance company and ordered the rental car to be there already when I dropped off the car. They fixed my car and had me out with a clean, detailed car within a couple days. They are great friendly, caring people and do a really great job. I highly recommend them. If I have any other body work needed in the future, they will be the first ones I call. Thank you!
