Zero Stars !!! This…read moreplace sucks. They push unnecessary maintenance at astronomical prices. In March I got an oil change and my truck was around 95k miles. It has had routine maintenance and it runs great. They wanted almost $2,000 for "suggested" maintenance that they explained is crucial to the life of the vehicle. They also do a poor job of managing their work. I made an appointment for a simple oil change on their website for what was listed as available on a Wednesday at 11am. They called me and asked if I could move that appointment to 1pm. I agreed, and dropped my truck off at 9am the morning of the appointment. We were going out of town, and I let them know I would need the truck so we could get on the road. I heard nothing from them since dropping it off. I went back to the shop at 2pm that day and my truck hadn't moved. They didn't even care to call and let me know they hadn't started on it. I asked for my keys and left. Horrible - use any other place you can before you go to the Grismer in Vandalia.

Still no update. 3pm and finally have an idea of what was wrong. It was the same issue that they had tried to fix in December and it had broken again two months later. They refused to pay for the parts even though they were still under warranty. When asked to speak with the owner, Jenny (a worker there) told my husband to hold on. She got on the phone and called the police. She was nothing but rude the entire time while we tried to come to a solution to the problem. Now we have wasted an entire day waiting for the car to be fixed, only to be handed back the keys. I'm excited to share this horrible review everywhere I can to warn others from going there. Such bad business and a shame they can't come to peaceful resolutions.

Another minus is that the service department is closed on Saturday. I would not recommend this business until they can get their inner workings fixed.
