I had 2 prenatal massages here back in January 2022 and both times were amazing. I didn't want to leave a comment until I went to more than 1 massage, just to see if they were consistently good. First of all, I was greeting so sweetly from the front desk ladies. They were very warm and welcoming. I had 2 different ladies complete my prenatal massages and both were excellent, however I forgot their names! Baby brain? Anyways, the setting during the massages were mellow and quiet. We got off on a very rocky start but finished well. I had called in regarding a tattoo removal package they had advertised on Groupon. I had to send in a photo of the tattoo and additional information. I was told I was good to use the package and scheduled. My first visit I arrive and they had no record of my appointment. They were able to squeeze me in after waiting nearly an hour. Then during my treatment I was told that I would need to pay double! It was upsetting, being told I was good for the package, driving over an hour one way, to them not having my appointment as booked on the phone and text. Then to be told I would need to pay again! After the treatment the owner was being very unprofessional as he was talking about me to the receptionist as though I wasn't even standing there. To the point of where I had to point out the unprofessionalism multiple times. Even the receptionist told him they would continue their conversation after I left. They had to honor the Groupon and my next 2 treatments for the pack of 3 went well. That is why I gave them 2 stars. 1 for each appointment that went well and without a hitch. The person on the phone was very helpful, making me aware of Botox day gift card sale and to be online as it goes live. My Botox experience was good enough for me to make an appointment again after 3 months as in I had no complications and the results were long lasting (3 months, have gotten it done at a location where it didn't even last a month) so why don't I give 5 stars? For one my appointment was for 430. I've gotten Botox 3 times from 3 different med spas so I know how long an initial appointment should take as I have essentially done an initial every time. they didn't pull me in for my appointment until we'll after 5 and I had to pick my son up from school. It Was extra frustrating because being tat it was a Botox event it seems whoever was available could take me. What I'm saying is people who came after me were being taken back. Quite honestly I thought they forgot about me. So some of the reviews saying staff is friendly but business is not operated in a way to keep customers satisfied Is exactly what I felt as well. Also this was the worse bruising and welts I've had from Botox. Also after a few weeks when I would raise my brows they became super rounded which I know is from that botox. Almost like that "Spock" result people get but my brows became weirdly rounded not pointy. I did take pictures but it doesn't do justice to what myself and my family saw. I felt like it was a scam I asked to look at the jar after and she said she had already dumped it. Maybe they aren't using the actual products from the hydra-facial. And I've been a royal customer with Dr. Ziba, although that she is an RN but I've never felt embarrassed calling her a doctor because she probably knows more about skin care than some of them. Came in yesterday for Xeomin and was treated by Heidi. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was nice, though I know it may not always be that way. Upon arrival the front desk staff were kind and welcoming and I was grateful they allowed my adult daughter to wait inside as typically my daughter and I spend Thursdays together. When Heidi took me back to the treatment room she was very informative and detailed on the procedure and aftercare. Many reasons I would not go back. They made my appointment for 2:45, contacted me a few days before it was 2:30 and contacted me day of to come 10 minutes early. Hard to change your schedule and ask work to leave earlier and earlier. They made a mistake with what I wanted done and wanted to charge me more than the last place I had this same procedure. Finally, they overbooked the aesthetician's schedule so even if these issues did not exist, she was going to have to rush which would not be safe. I had a Groupon. I am a real customer who has paid a lot of money, here's my experience. Paid for the 'membership" Big Mistake! $300.00 down the drain! I have been going to this spa for my Botox needs and everything was ok until the last 6-7 months. First off a new lady is there that said she could not see my notes in my file, I would tell her that I needed more product than other people and there is notes the last nurse put in about it. she would argue and say she couldn't do that. When In my file there was a big not stating I needed more than a typical person "yet she could not find the note". I spent over $600 in Botox and (2) weeks later the product stoped working. I went in for a touch up (2) weeks after and they said they "don't do touch ups"?!?! I have NEVER been to a spa that did not honor the products and reputation. I had to pay another almost $156 and that is only because I asked to speak to the owner and because I was crying and very upset he gave me "$100" off ?!?! Seriously couldn't do the right thing and see the problem here?! This problem has now happens twice at (2) months apart! ALSO; the office staff gave out MY PERSONAL INFORMATION over the phone to one of my family members. This caused major fighting at home! ** You know what the owner thought would fix it for me???
