Love their nurses! I've been to 4 of their locations here in San Diego and all of them have been great. Megan is really getting that vein may be difficult to access. I took off one point because Brandy at the front desk is not very helpful, cannot answer basic questions and rather bossy and could work on her bedside manners. Had the worst cold, went in for a last ditch effort to ditch the cold before a trip. I went in. I added glutathione plus another antiviral add-on, woke up the next day so much better, it definitely made a difference. Staff is lovely! read more

The staff here are always wonderful and attentive, and their prices are great, which is why I've returned several times. However, every time I've gotten an IV here, I end up feeling unwell and my body not right afterward -- something I've never experienced at other clinics - and I've had a lot of IVs. I can't help but wonder if it's related to the vitamin formulation. I just don't trust the ingredients here. Unfortunately, because of this, I'm not sure I'll continue coming in the future. read more

I don't often leave reviews and I never try and leave insincere ones. I hope that the owners read this and take it to heart. I've been a member here for maybe a year or more which means I pay a monthly fee in excess of $150. They provide great service. The staff is fantastic and the treatments are great. My complaints. They close every day from 12:30 to 1:30 which is exactly the time when everyone who actually has things to do is free. I called today to schedule an appointment because I have a cold. It's scheduled for one hour from now and I found out there's some problem with the building and they're shutting down and want to reroute me to another location 25 miles from me I understand things are out of your controll, but it's frustrating. Iwhile I have 3 prepaid IVs here I'm going to have to go to ASAP IV in Encinitas to get my treatment today, and pay out of pocket. Overall the service is 9/10. The treatments are 10/10. But something is missing. read more

This was my first time doing IV therapy. I came in with a pretty bad hangover and was desperate for relief. The two girls working were very sweet and professional. The nurse Mona was kind, quick and efficient. While the other nurse was welcoming, checked on me regularly, offered water, tea and almonds. The facility seemed really busy for a Wednesday, 6 people were there all walk-in. They processed everyone really quickly and maintained a happy peaceful demeanor while running around getting us all fixed up. The IV made me feel much better! I got the hangover deluxe and it worked. I saw two women come in and order injections shots, one was getting something for stress relief. I might try that next time! one note- don't plan on doing laptop work. You can't bend your iv arm. The staff was super welcoming and ready to answer any questions I had, as this was my first IV. They took me in right away which was amazing. The only complain is that.. I didn't feel much different? I didn't wake up refreshed and I definitely still felt dehydrated the day after.. it just felt kind of disappointing with how much I paid. Not sure if I would go back again. read more

After three years of using a medication that severely depletes B12, I've got some back and nerve pain that's pretty uncomfortable, along with very low energy levels. I decided it was time to try B12 shots as a way of reversing some of the symptoms that's caused for me. Now, I know what my options are: 1. Use my FSA to order B12 from an online service for $8-9/shot. This is the cheapest option, but it means I'd have to inject myself. No thanks, especially because B12 shots kind of hurt going in. 2. Go to my doctor's office and get B12 shots there. That means waiting months for an appointment to open up, paying a copay that costs just as much as getting the shot at a place like Hydration Room, probably being blood tested and paying hefty lab fees for literally no reason (since B12 is water soluble and therefore safe/you can't OD on it), etc. Easily the most expensive and time-consuming option, no thanks. 3. Go to a medical spa type place and get a B12 injection there. Obviously that's what I opted for, hence my review. I live in Escondido and unfortunately, none of the options near me were very great. All of the good places are either on the coast or in downtown SD. From what I saw online, Hydration Room was the only place that allowed me to book online (I hate talking on the phone), had really convenient times available 7 days a week (many places were closed weekends, or only had morning hours on Saturdays. I'm a night owl and that doesn't work for me), and had their prices very clearly listed on their website. I also noticed that they give a free B12 shot to new customers, which really sealed the deal. When I arrived, the interior was very relaxing and nice, and the two women working there were friendly and made me feel at ease. The process was pretty easy and I'm very happy with the experience I had. One recommendation I do have for this company: I know your mixtures are supposed to be proprietary, but it's really important to me to know exactly what's going into my body. As a migraineur, I'm very interested in your migraine IV therapy package -- but since I'm very sensitive to stimulants and certain other things, I'm hesitant to try that or any of the other therapies without knowing the ingredients. If those were listed on the site, I'd probably come in for more than just B12 shots! Even with the B12 shots: are they hydroxocobalamin or cyanocobalamin? Are they standard 1000 mcg shots or are they a different dosage? I'd love it if the website included more specific information on this kind of thing. Anyway, overall a very pleasant and refreshing experience. I'll be back soon! :) read more

I did a skin IV to help my sun kissed face and recent skin cancer surgery rejuvenate was the plan! Lemme just say the feeling afterwards lasted me all the way to right when I climbed into bed later that night! Vitamins put directly into your bloodstream I mean it just doesn't get any more effective than that! I'm going to keep going in definitely 1 maybe 2x per month! Helpful medical staff that's NPs + RNs who do follow up calls to check in. I believe a MD started this business and it's strategically located all over OC and made its way into parts of North County San Diego! My next visit will be a muscle recovery treatment. I play lots of tennis and a fellow player told me about this place said it helps him play more tennis more frequently like almost daily and he's in his late 50s! What does that tell ya? read more
