Met Trina and her sidekick Gina at the San Jose Museum of Arts post CMYE. I sensed immediately that she's going to be a cool Kat. She was busy that night but a sign in sheet was there. When my turn came I asked for a kitty face! No protest or suggestions. It was an immediate yes! They use airbrush and brush combo. The outcome is more refined and long lasting kitty face for me. I just want to add my extended experience with Trina. She took AMAZING pictures of me to the point it was really hard to select 10 retouched images that come with my package. I must admit, I was dragging my feet a little because picking 10 out of the hundreds was really difficult! Trina followed up several times (most photographers would probably just give up, and take that as a cost savings on their part since they do not have to spend extra effort to retouch pictures) - which on its own is an amazing quality of Trina! She gave me an hour of her time, free of charge to do consultation and she helped me pick 10 pictures! She wasn't trying to upsell or upcharge me with anything. Great morning! So someone actually referred me to Trina because they knew how crazy I am about Art! Honestly because of this pandemic, I didn't think she would have time but she did and I was excited to get an appointment as soon as I did! She communicated with me often and always responded back quickly; never made me feel no way, no matter how much questions I asked! I felt like we were friends/family forever! My friend was suppose to come with me, so my son could stay in the hotel while I get painted, but because life happens to us all, she was unable to make it! Mind you I already switched the shoot date from Wednesday to Saturday to make it work and something still came up! So I called and chatted with Trina, letting her know my friend cancelled and it's just my son and I! She said that's fine, bring him! I was like for real (I wasnt worried about my son because he's well-behaved and is very respectful), I just wanted to respect her work-space! Anywho when we arrived, she had snacks for him and he big screen tv full of kids stuff to entertain him! (Extra points for her okay) She made sure I was extra extra comfy, adjusting air, lightening, etc to my liking and I was able to listen to my own playlist and share it with her as well!
