We had an unhappy experience at the end of our rental time with Trindle Self Storage in where we gave notification of cancellation and it had passed the billing cycle or New month time frame by a day, so we were billed for the following month even tho we only were in our rental unit one day for that billing cycle.We were told by the associate at the site that he would try to get us at least Half of our rent back to us for that non use month but never received a phone call or an E Mail giving us the final outcome. We never received any refund and never had any return notification of outcome either way. So a refund on non usage was not really an attempt or reality By this company in our eyes. read more

Trindle is clean, environmentally controlled, and reasonably priced. They provide a moving cart that is always around, and their personnel are helpful and friendly. The only reason we left was because we moved into a house with a big basement, no reason to spend extra money. If we need a storage shed again, this is where we will definitely go. Trindle Self Storage IS as good as it gets! I had a complicated move, with delays, logistical problems, and rain, but the staff went above & beyond to accommodate my needs.
