They had the afternoon trip time correct, BUT THE PERSON could not find me on the afternoon trip list. So the driver was WELL OVER TWO (2) HOURS LATE. Today they had me down at the correct times for pick-up AND drop-off, AND THE DRIVER IS STILL LATE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. UBER OR LYFT IS A HELLUVA LOT BETTER THAN THIS COMPANY. Also the dispatcher lady is awful and gives a client an attitude if you call because you were told the driver was "5 minutes away" and that was WELL OVER 10 minutes ago, so you're calling again to get an ETA of the driver. TO THE DISPATCH LADY: I'm not the only one who gave a 1-star review. You got 1 star from a month ago and 7 months ago. So don't be mad at me, because I'm not the only one that this company 1 star, ma'am.
