While my wife and I were considering purchasing a Nissan, (and we were not in the market right at that moment), one salesman quickly became two, and the two then became THREE, all ganging up on me, all acting like they were my new best friends, saying "We really would like to see you in a new car.," flattering me and trying to charm me into giving them a yes, all while they were trying to pit me against my wife. A TOTAL TURNOFF. I don't need three people trying to convince me to make a purchase, especially threeA desperate sales people. (I say this from he point of view of having been in sales myself, so I knew their game.) But the service department was even worse. On two separate occasions, they attempted to bully her into getting additional, very expensive service that her car did not need. She was very suspicious because they were very pushy about it, so she took her care for a second opinion at Complete Automotive, a company that has a superior rating with Yelp and will not offer a service that a car does not need. They agreed that Maus was playing games with her. On another occasion, my wife wanted one thing done for service that only an authorized dealership would be able to do. I don't know exactly what was involved in it, but while doing their work, they came up with a list of numerous additional items that they said needed to be serviced, totalling around $6000. When she refused, the woman working with her became snide and pushy, and gave he an entire list of all that needed to be done, then insisted that my wife sign each item stating that she was refusing the service, WORSE, the woman told her that they would not return my wife's keys until she signed the papers. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! The commercials make the owner of this dealership look like the nice guy next door, but it all starts at the top. We noticed this type of behavior at BOTH of their stores, one in Brooksville the other in Pasco County. If he has true integrity (which I doubt), he would fire EVERYONE at his stores, from sales managers, to sales, to service managers and service workers and start from scratch. It would be great business decision and good for PR, but when has this dealership ever had integrity? STAY AWAY FROM MAUS!

They gave me an estimate of $3800 to fix this problem. The only person that had touched that part of the vehicle was there service person 4 years ago. I was looking around for another vehicle on there lot before they gave me the estimate however, now not only will I not buy from them, I will also let my family and friends to not buy from them.

Determined the check engine light codes were recently cleared, so conveniently didn't display on our test drive, when we had the codes pulled to see what was going on. Further found out the car had gone out of warranty for a $4000 repair and had none of the 4 recommended important services done at the current mileage, which is obviously why it had been traded in the first place. I increased my review of the dealership from 1 to 3 stars because I called and left a very unladylike message expressing my displeasure with our new burden, and to my surprise, someone actually called me back, and even offered to tow the car back to them (a large inconvenient distance) to potentially help with the service costs. I ended up declining the offer because of the distance, unknown time without vehicle starting over again with diag., and because the OEM dealer I drove it to already had some work in it that would make pulling from them also unfair. I'm not saying I am fully comfortable with the entire process, but the fact they called me back and put money and effort toward making my repair costs less burdensome on my new purchase, even after I screamed and was extremely rude to them on a message, is a pretty stand-up move in my opinion. I think that I may just take my chances with them if I ever find a vehicle they have in the future, since things do happen, but the actions afterward are what set you apart from others.

I purchased a 2019 Mercedes-AMG GT R from Jacobs Mitsubishi in Florida and had the vehicle shipped…read moreto Colorado. My experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle would not pass emissions, and I subsequently discovered that it had aftermarket downpipes with no catalytic converters installed. Jacobs initially disputed my concerns and pointed out that RENNtech offers performance downpipes with 200-cell catalytic converters. The problem is that those catalytic converters were not actually installed on the vehicle I received. At Jacobs' request, I paid to have the vehicle independently inspected by Evoke Autowerks. Their technician physically inspected the vehicle and documented that it had catless downpipes. Evoke estimated $9,530.18 to correct the emissions issue. Jacobs then said that estimate appeared "extremely high" and told me they preferred an OEM Mercedes-Benz solution. So I took the vehicle to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. Mercedes independently documented the cause as: "AFTERMARKET DOWN PIPES WITHOUT CATS" Mercedes recommended installing the factory downpipes and associated hardware and provided an OEM repair estimate of $11,829.70. That means I now have two independent professional inspections confirming the vehicle has no catalytic converters, including confirmation directly from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. Jacobs also proposed purchasing used OEM catalytic converter assemblies found on eBay. I was not willing to have unknown used emissions components installed on an AMG GT R by an unidentified repair facility. I told Jacobs I would accept a proper repair performed by either an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership or a RENNtech-qualified facility, with Jacobs paying the shop directly. After repeated attempts to resolve this directly, the matter remains unresolved. I have therefore stopped the open-ended negotiations and am pursuing complaints through the appropriate regulatory, lender, manufacturer/dealer-oversight, and legal channels. I'm posting this review so prospective buyers can understand my experience. If you're considering purchasing a modified performance vehicle from this dealership--especially remotely or from another state--I strongly recommend having the emissions equipment physically inspected by an independent qualified shop before completing the purchase or having the vehicle shipped. I have retained the inspection reports, repair estimates, purchase documentation, and correspondence supporting the statements in this review.
