My husband went and asked for some water and the bartender seemed to be bothered by us asking. Music is good, tables are nicely spaced. It's a nice family atmosphere considering it's a brewery. I got the Colorado Bison Burger and my husband got a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich, both of which were AMAZING. Ketchup is kind of weird - like a puree? Ranch is amazing. Went there on a Friday around 1pm. Wasn't super busy, but there were other diners. Thirty minutes after ordering we had not received our food and then inquired about it. Staff immediately went and retrieved it. It was warm, but not hot, so possibly had been sitting under heat lamp for a bit. Despite that, food was good. Staff were pleasant, but I would not describe them as attentive. We wouldn't necessarily go back, but wouldn't avoid it either. read more

We came for brunch very hungry and ordered beer, an appetizer and food at the same time. It took over 20 min for our pretzel to come out. The pretzel was good and nice and hot when it came out. The beer was good but when our food came out it was just ok. I got the vegan cheese steak which wasn't very cheesy or and a bit lacking in flavor. We had multiple appetizers, including the pretzels with beer cheese and the pretzels, were the quality of the frozen ones that are probably freezer burned, and the beer cheese was very bad. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap, and it wasn't worth finishing. The Buffalo sauce was not good and very watery, it was leaking out and did not stick to the chicken at all. The only parts that were good were the fries and homemade ketchup. The beer selection is vast, and the beer was actually good, tasted great, and had fun options for October fest. This Colorado Springs brewery has the most interesting menu among the ones I researched on a recent trip to this town, but sadly fell short on beer quality and overall experience. Trinity is located within a few minutes of Garden of the Gods. My beer snobbery red flagged the mainstream-restaurant nature of the location a bit when we pulled in. Most microbreweries are hidden in some industrial park, away from other food-service. But there it was, prominently featured on the busy corner of Garden of the Gods road, next to Jersey Mikes and Wing Boss. Triple thumbs up on the inside of the brewery. The party room has a book-cave entrance. The bar is a cool, colorful resin material. We enjoyed the metal-top tables and interactions we had with other customers. Ordering was a challenge as everyone stands in a single ordering line like Subway, served by one guy who was running tasters and answering questions. We didn't wait terribly long, but it seemed like they could have quickly served the few of us waiting by utilizing even one more bartender for ordering. The place was packed, so it's possible that we came at the end of a rush and they went down to one order-taker just before we arrived. The beer menu was diverse, promising some interesting brews. But, we tried a few and nothing really seemed to stand out as truly special. Like, a Thai Cherry Chocolate Stout should make an impression. There was nothing about the flavor that suggested any of the ingredients in the name. I went for the basic Imperial Stout, which was solid but unremarkable. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Absolutely disgusting experience. First off, the place was filthy--sticky tables, dirty floors, and a bar that looked like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. The service? Horrendous. The staff acted like we were inconveniencing them just by existing, and getting anyone's attention was like pulling teeth. But the worst part? The food. I'm pretty sure it was reused. Yes, you read that right. Stale fries, questionable toppings, and a dish that came out suspiciously fast, like it had just been scraped off someone else's plate. Completely unacceptable. I stop in about once a month and really love the place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the food is tasty, and the beer choices are plentiful. My husband doesn't drink beer, but they have a full bar with some really interesting cocktails. What it is and Irish Red are my favorite drafts, the salad's are always very fresh and the atmophere is fun. So I ordered a cheeseburger and had them switch the cheese to a vegan cheese... This was the sorriest excuse of a burger that I'd had in a very long time. The display and presentation alone was easily the most disrespectful experience that anyone paying money to receive should ever have to go through. Aside all of this, the burger just did not taste good at all nor did the fries. I was much better off cooking at home. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. We started with beers. If you just want to try something, there are many 6 oz choices for just $2-3. Great variety overall. We ordered the beer cheese soup and a daily special chicken, bacon & swiss sandwich with fries. The tasty bowl of soup came with wonderful pretzels...but the soup was barely lukewarm. The sandwich was good, the fries very crisp. We noticed that others ordered just the fries in a cone...but it wasn't on the regular menu. Ordering the first round was at the bar but table service followed. Seating was outdoors (smoke free) or inside. We were pleased overall and would return. read more

When visiting Colorado Springs, you should check out Trinity Brewing Co. The staff are all so friendly and helpful! The seating inside can get kinda warm, so think about that. We enjoyed it so much, we've visited twice so far and plan to at least one more time. The Trinity Cherry Margarita and Snow Capped Peach cider are amazing. The lavender and lemonade is also fantastic! The food is great and huge servings!! We've had the beer battered cheese and garlic curds, fries with vegan red chili, fried Buffalo chicken sandwich, the Trinity pizza, and the vegan corn dogs. We'd recommend any of those! They also make they're own sauces like the ketchup and wing sauces. Can't go wrong! read more

My colleagues and I came back to Trinity after remembering this place on a previous business trip to CO Springs. It was even better than we remembered! The beer-infused pizza crust was delicious and paired nicely with several of the beers we tried. The quality and variety of beers (30+ options) is impressive for an establishment this size. I recently visited Trinity Brewery with two veterans who have fought for our country. We were there watching a baseball game, and like many sports fans, we expressed our frustration at some of the plays on TV. At one point, we shouted something in frustration that may have offended a few customers. Instead of addressing us directly, they chose to report us to the staff. The waiter came over and checked in with us, but since our food and drinks were fine, we told them there was no problem. Later, when our team had a disappointing play, we expressed frustration again. This time, the bartender asked us to close our tab and leave. At no point did anyone ask for our side of the story or show respect to the veterans in our group, who have served this country. The situation could have been handled differently, and I found the treatment we received disrespectful. I will not be returning to Trinity Brewery and will make sure to share this experience with others. read more

Probably the worst bar service I've ever experienced in all of Colorado. I'm very disappointed that this even happened because I used to be a regular at Trinity. I tried to meet a friend who is apart of the brewery industry in Colorado Springs for a drink at Trinity Sunday evening. We literally waited for 10 minutes, and not one of the 2 bartenders acknowledged us. We felt that we weren't welcome to be there, so we left. We ending up at a brewery that was happy to serve us called Goat Patch. It's a very friendly place with pretty good beer. I can understand if 1 bartender was there, and it was super busy. But Trinity had 2 bartenders talking to each other, and not acknowledging any new guests. My friend said the same thing has happened to him at Trinity before. The service is just horrible. Just about any other brewery is more accommodating than Trinity. I used to be a regular at Trinity but haven't been there in several years. Now I know why. Again I wish this didn't happen. read more
