Beet salad

The beet salad is the absolute best! Huge amount of beets and pistachios and very subtle and delicious balsamic dressing.

Basic brewery scene. We went in when it was slow so we sat down and ordered from the table which was actually kind of nice. My husband went and asked for some water and the bartender seemed to be bothered by us asking. Music is good, tables are nicely spaced. It's a nice family atmosphere considering it's a brewery. I got the Colorado Bison Burger and my husband got a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich, both of which were AMAZING. Ketchup is kind of weird - like a puree? Ranch is amazing. Sweet potato fries were perfect. We will be going back!

A great place to host an event. We love the environment and the food was great! The servers were pleasant. Thank you Trinity for having us and serving 100 people!

Vegan cheese steak.

We came for brunch very hungry and ordered beer, an appetizer and food at the same time. It took over 20 min for our pretzel to come out. The pretzel was good and nice and hot when it came out. The beer was good but when our food came out it was just ok. I got the vegan cheese steak which wasn't very cheesy or and a bit lacking in flavor. My husband got the mac and cheese and said it was a smaller portion than he expected and it was just ok. We may come back and try the pizza.

Beer flight

Stopped by Trinity after visiting Garden of the Gods. We got 3 flights and tried a BUNCH of fun beers! I couldn't believe how many beers they had on tap! And a huge variety, along with that! We also got a bunch of appetizers to eat - the beer cheese soup with garlic pretzels, Brussels sprouts, zucchini fries, and fries. Everything was good, but the zucchini fries were the winner! The service was great and the ambiance was fun! I'd definitely go back!

Cheeseburger and tots

Hubby and I were told to check out this place. We live less than a mile away. We weren't a fan of the concept when they first opened 17 years ago. New owners came in about 5 years ago and did some changes. Had the pleasure of meeting Matt, one of the owners. We stopped in one day for drinks and decided to go back to try some food. Friendly staff and clean. Pet friendly on the outdoor patio. Reasonably priced and decent portions. Enjoyed a simple cheeseburger with tater tots. It was cooked perfectly and tasty. The tots were on the warm side. No happy hour. Will definitely be back.

Buffalo chicken wrap

This is a great location on the garden of the gods, but the food was very disappointing. We had multiple appetizers, including the pretzels with beer cheese and the pretzels, were the quality of the frozen ones that are probably freezer burned, and the beer cheese was very bad. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap, and it wasn't worth finishing. The Buffalo sauce was not good and very watery, it was leaking out and did not stick to the chicken at all. The only parts that were good were the fries and homemade ketchup. The beer selection is vast, and the beer was actually good, tasted great, and had fun options for October fest. I'd come back for a beer, but I won't be eating here again.

This Colorado Springs brewery has the most interesting menu among the ones I researched on a recent trip to this town, but sadly fell short on beer quality and overall experience. Trinity is located within a few minutes of Garden of the Gods. My beer snobbery red flagged the mainstream-restaurant nature of the location a bit when we pulled in. Most microbreweries are hidden in some industrial park, away from other food-service. But there it was, prominently featured on the busy corner of Garden of the Gods road, next to Jersey Mikes and Wing Boss. Triple thumbs up on the inside of the brewery. The party room has a book-cave entrance. The bar is a cool, colorful resin material. We enjoyed the metal-top tables and interactions we had with other customers. Ordering was a challenge as everyone stands in a single ordering line like Subway, served by one guy who was running tasters and answering questions. We didn't wait terribly long, but it seemed like they could have quickly served the few of us waiting by utilizing even one more bartender for ordering. The place was packed, so it's possible that we came at the end of a rush and they went down to one order-taker just before we arrived. The beer menu was diverse, promising some interesting brews. But, we tried a few and nothing really seemed to stand out as truly special. Like, a Thai Cherry Chocolate Stout should make an impression. There was nothing about the flavor that suggested any of the ingredients in the name. I went for the basic Imperial Stout, which was solid but unremarkable. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Overall, nothing super bad to say, but nothing to bring us back either.

Burger (the basic one with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion) and sweet potato fries.

Stopped in for some drinks and food after riding. It was nice because we could sit outside and keep an eye on our bikes. It was an okay burger. I don't feel like it had a ton of flavor. It wasn't bad, just didn't wow me. It was cooked rare, as requested. I felt the same about the fries. Not bad, not great, just middle of the road. I'd go back for the atmosphere and my companions said the hard cider and beers were good.

16" XL Vegan Buffalo Chicken Pizza Trinity Buffalo Wings

First time in Colorado Springs, visiting from California. Looked for a place to eat near the hotel and came across Trinity. My wife and I ordered the vegan buffalo chicken pizza, and buffalo chicken wings. The pizza was one of the better vegan pizzas I've had, and the buffalo chicken wings tasted like buffalo chicken. I will say that the chicken wings were larger compared to chicken wings I've ordered at other restaurants. The service was great and the vibe was your typical brewery vibe.

Came here a few weeks ago and what a fun spot! I know I'm late to the party on this place but it…read morereally was quite a blast. We had some dogs with us so we sat outside. Had a few beers and some food. Beer and cold and crisp so that was amazing. No notes needed. Now normally when getting food from breweries it's always just fine. Not good, not great, just fine. But food here? Amazing. I could come back just for the food and not even drink. Service was low key and not too overbearing. Definitely worth checking out!

Parking was sufficient for a late lunch but could be tight in a busy night or weekend. I met an employee here for lunch and was seated right away. There were several groups in the patio and a few inside as well. It was about 2p so after your typical crowd. Staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Our server made a recommendation of the brisket grilled cheese, my employee decided to go with it and said it was good. I got the bbq brisket burger and it was delicious. Juicy patty with shredded brisket and cheese. We both ordered pub fries which were fried to perfection. Large portions so my guy took half his sandwich to go - my plate was empty though. So good! They had a large selection of beer and other drinks but we didn't partake since it was a work lunch. Looked like anyone should be able to find something to their taste though since I did read the drink menu several times.

I ordered the fish and chips and it was tasty for being in landlocked Colorado. My small gripe was…read morethe fish was small and for near $16 I thought it pricy. The fries were also good. The slaw was a little bland but I loved the dipping sauce and adding malt vinegar and fresh lemon juice to the fish and fries was yummy. Food was good. Service was great. Not too crowded nor noisy for lunch hour around 1:00. The friends I was with said their food was great and their ale/beer was great. (Don't ask me, I have no clues!) lol

The food was totally average, and my burger wasn't anything to rave about. The beer was fine. I liked what I ordered, which was some kind of West Coast IPA. The burger had cream cheese mixed with chiles, or something, but it read better than it ate, and the cream cheese layer was too thick, so it was messy and kept coming apart. I don't think they should do less, but maybe spread it thinner on both sides if that helps? And needs more seasoning to it. The guacamole burger had better flavor that my friend and I split each so we could try both. The Brussels sprouts side I chose were HORRIBLE. The worst I've had anywhere. I don't know how they got messed up, but they weren't cooked right and didn't taste appealing. I barely ate them, but the server said nothing and didn't offer to remove the upcharge it was for them. I think she should have noticed and asked me, and that's what I would've done is remove that upcharge if I were serving again. She was a good server, though. It's hard to pay attention, but the good ones do and don't take offense about it. And the sweet potato fries were terribly soggy, limp, cold. Ick. Fries should have a crispiness to them! It's cool they have a happy hour, so I'd def check that out ito see f it works for your schedule to save a few bucks.

We got the tofu banmi with corn salad and the corn salad was a nice mixture of spices, textures, and creaminess. The service was good as well. There was a good repuar and they checked in often even with an event going on. The banmi itself was just decent. I liked the smokiness of the tofu and the sharp tang of the veggies but there was not much texture on most of it. The bread and tofu could have used a bit of a grill or fry. The downstairs atmosphere wasnt really our thing. It was pretty bright with tones of seating pretty close and some odd decor. It wasnt bad, but just not our thing.

The selling point is the rooftop, which I've only seen through photos. The night I visited was fairly cool out, so even though they had the garage doors open, they ended up closing them to keep warm. The downstairs taproom is a good size, open floor plan with plenty of seating for all types of crowds. Brown ales were calling and you better believe I answered the call! I tried both the Leroy Brown Ale and Knight Rider Stout. These were enjoyable sippers and I cozied up at the bar. Green Chili Bier Cheese Soup ($7.00/Cup$9.00/Bowl) // A classic bier cheese soup with green chilis. A great idea in theory. In execution, this wasn't good and I don't say that lightly. I could picture Gordon Ramsay spitting it out. I couldn't even finish it, and mom always taught me to finish my food. I was hoping this would warm me up on a cool evening. Stay away and hopefully their other menu items are better! If the circumstances were right I could see myself returning. But IMO there are better options in the area for food and beer!
