We sat down tonight for our anniversary dinner and the place was only at ~50% of capacity at 7 PM on a Friday for the 4th of July weekend. We tried to order an app before dinner while we decided on entrees and wine to go with it, we were told they could only put in an app order at the same time as a dinner order. Really? You really need to move tables that fast on a Friday when it's half full? We've been coming here for years, but the hurried service is now very off putting. When we finished dinner and left just over 1 hour later, the place was maybe 60% full. We spent nearly $300 on our anniversary dinner and were rushed the entire time. The food was phenomenal as always, but the hurried atmosphere takes the fun out of a nice relaxing dinner out. We've been told this is at the direction of the owners and I hope they read these reviews. Péche used to be a special place for an excellent dinner out to savor and celebrate, but now it seems to be a table turnover priority, but of course along with high quality food. After being unhappy with their service (the technician had to return twice and still missed the specific areas I explicitly pointed out), I decided to cancel my subscription. I sent a clear, explicit cancellation notice in writing on Thursday, May 28th, specifically stating that I wanted to cancel my account and the upcoming appointment scheduled for Tuesday, June 2nd. The representative, Jeremiah, replied confirming the cancellation but noted a $70 early cancellation fee (reimbursing the initial sign-up discount). I responded over the weekend to ask about it. Instead of pausing or processing the cancellation, they used the weekend lapse to claim my cancellation was "unconfirmed." They then sent a technician onto my private property unannounced on Tuesday, June 2nd, to perform an unwanted, unauthorized service, and immediately auto-charged my card $129.99. When I expressed my frustration, Jeremiah told me that because I hadn't given them permission to run the $70 cancellation fee over the weekend, my account had to stay active and therefore the June 2nd treatment was "valid." This is so unprofessional. A cancellation fee is a consequence of terminating a contract, not a hurdle you have to clear before they respect your boundary to stop entering your property. They refused to refund the unauthorized $129.99, forcing me to file a formal dispute with my credit card company. I am fine (but not happy) to pay the contractually obligated $70 fee to sever ties, but their underhanded tactics to force a recurring charge after written notice are unacceptable. Guard your credit card info and look elsewhere for pest control.

The sloppy and laziness of this company is hands down the reason we have endured this situation going on for months. We have since worked with a competing pest control company in town and have since seen and felt the drastic difference in a legitimate and professional pest company. If you're considering this company, I would HIGHLY recommend that you don't! Save yourself a lot of money and even more time and energy wasted on a very half ass service!

Got a new house in March, turned out both the trees were half dead…read more Called them to prune the back one, it was being done in by ash beetles. This is something you can treat for IF you catch it early but it was was too late by the time I got the place. They took out both trees and planted and staked the new ones. They worked with me to find trees that would work best in this area. They will take a few years to grow out but will be very nice when they do.
