Every single teacher we've met goes above and beyond--creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where our child truly thrives. You can feel how much they love what they do, and it shows in the way the kids light up when they see them each day. We have to give a special shout-out to the Director, Miss Kennita, who is the heart of this school. She is attentive, incredibly kind, endlessly patient, and always available to answer questions or offer support. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire center--positive, organized, and deeply child-centered. We feel so lucky to have a director who not only knows every child by name but genuinely cares about their growth and happiness. Summit Kids Academy has become an extension of our family, and we are so grateful for the love, structure, and joy they bring to our child's life. We couldn't recommend them more!

He stood behind employees and acted as if it was a joke. When in actuality this matter is extremely inappropriate and as a business owner should know how to conduct himself professionally before his treasure of a success becomes a complete fold.

I visited more schools in the span of a couple of weeks than I can recount. I was focused on finding somewhere that had everything I was looking for, but mainly I wanted to find somewhere with the right atmosphere, which turned out to be more difficult than I ever could have imagined. The things I saw before this school - yikes. This specific location of The Learning Place Preschool was just LOVE at first meet. The facility was sparkling clean and smelled fresh, unlike a lot of others I visited that smelled of bleach to cover up smells. The toys and play equipment were all in great shape and clean unlike others. The kids were so happy too. ALL of the staff was welcoming. Every single one. They were kind and paid attention and they ALL seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with all the kids. Ms Jessica, the Director, answered all of my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about education and helped to quell a lot of my anxiety. They ALL made the transition for my daughter is gentle and as easy as possible. They prepped me on what to expect and how to best transition her. They stayed with her every step of the way through the tears and made my daughter feel safe and loved. She's now excited to go to school every day and every day is 'the best day ever' when I pick her up. She eats breakfast and lunch there each day and is now eating and enjoying new foods that she refused to try before! The school offers onsite Karate and Dance classes provided by reputable local companies as a super affordable add on option that both my daughter and I love! It's so convenient that she is able to participate during school. The school is also incredibly affordable compared to others and offers so much more for your money. I was shocked in the best of ways. The staff continues to be kind and compassionate every day and I am so grateful! Ms Luisa, Ms Amanda and the director Ms. Jessica are just angels!

** Looking at the reviews before mine posted, I can tell you that most of these people are…read moreemployees or past employees of the school** Trust is powerful. Trust is something earned, and something that can be totally lost. O2B Boynton Beach lost my trust, my husband's trust, my extended families trust and several other families as well. My son started 02B West Boynton in September last year shortly after his first birthday. At the time I felt very welcomed, my child felt welcomed, and I thought he would be safe. That changed following very unfortunate situations that could've been completely avoidable. We had to pull our son out of O2B immediately following two incidences, including a a non-verbal child being lost and alone. Found my his mother in an empty classroom. (DCF was involved and school was reprimanded greatly, new protocols were put into place ect. (you know like safety!) And my child was sent home with fecal matter crusted to his genitals over six hours after he had a bowel movement. These are just two incidents of many, but the last straw to the mother/family of a young toddler. Our son is our world, and if you want quality childcare where your child is safe, cared for and protected- DONT enroll at O2B. Here are some key points on what to expect at O2B: -School looks welcoming, fun and colorful and very inviting. Bubbles and music greet you. Fun activities sprinkled throughout the year. Real enticing. -Nearly daily upon arrival, parents will come up to the front stating the teacher is not in the room they're supposed to be in or that the teacher is not there at all. -There's a hoard of cleaning products on a shelf in the children's restroom in the hallway. Accessible for students. This bathroom is 1000% utilized by children during the day mostly VPK. -In less than a year our son had over 20 teachers because the turnaround rate at that school is enough to be concerned about alone. One of the teachers had a complete nervous breakdown in front of our children and was removed from the two year-old room and put in a classroom with older students. And gossip from staff is seen, a heard. -My son nearly had his finger broken in half because a teacher wasn't paying attention and closed a commercial grad impact rated door on his finger leading from the classroom outside. His teacher told me it was bleeding everywhere, yet other staff member said it was a tiny cut. When I got there, it was a large laceration. -Head injuries are daily occurrence at the school, just be prepared for them to tell you that your child came to school with a goose egg on their head, bite marks on their shoulder blades, and bruises randomly. -White gates that are RARLY closed or locked (locking mechanism engaged). -Unapproved/violation inducing retractable gates that are in code violation for fire safety corralling the children away from the doors in the younger classrooms. These items are cleverly, not engaged or removed before the DCF and health dept inspections. It's always interesting to watch someone sweat a few days and during an evaluation from these outsourced entities. The school always be up to par with DCF and health department? You would completely assume that the answer would be yes! -We were under the total expectation that the children have a white binder that goes home at the end of the year showing their progression and work. When we left, there was literally three pieces of paper in it that were completed and everything else was blank. What type of progress is that I was told during my two viewings of the school that this was a very big part of the curriculum, I guess they forgot.? -Excuses upon excuses is what the staff, director- Carlee, assistant director - Daniella (deer in headlights), and the 3rd in charge (forgot her name). Nothing but excuses and half *ss apologies for lack of safety and supervision. Jessica, the school manager or supervisor, does not make herself known or her position known. She does not thrive in a confrontational environment, especially when they have no more excuses to give. -I have far too many instances, action reports, instant reports to even discuss. There is no reason why any parent want their child or children to go to O2B kids in West Boynton Beach. There are better options. We were very lucky to find an incredible school, where our son is absolutely thriving in a safe, loving, and educationally driven environment. I waited a year to post this because I want to make sure it wasn't an issue, making sure I wasn't looking into things that didn't exist. But O2B is perfectly clear. It's a Monet. It is a dumpster fire. And it is unsafe. I was in the education system for over 15 years for the Palm Beach County school district. Our children deserve better than this.

I enrolled…read moremy son based off of reading a few great reviews and the recommendation of a woman running the Wellington Mom's fb page. It's very clear that she is very good friends with the owner, and bases her recommendation on her relationship with the owner. If your child has any special needs or delays, DO NOT even consider this place. They have zero patience, zero tolerance, and are borderline discriminatory against children with special needs. I enrolled my child over summer (and provided full disclosure about my child's needs), hoping he'd get adjusted and prepared for the school year, however there was very little structure, and the teacher seemed very inexperienced (i also never met her or spoke directly to the teacher once). I received a tiny slip of paper with a daily report that said he was "happy" everyday, yet they kicked him out. I offered to have him attend with a shadow or one-on-one (paid by myself with a background check and credentials), and the director had already informed me that they allowed this for another student, but suddenly they wouldn't allow this for MY son. She also informed me that two other students in the classroom were "challenging" and therefore they couldn't handle my child. Keira, the director talks in circles and Circles and can't get her story straight. I'm sure she's a good person, but she is does not do well with handling well educated and involved parents. I've now been waiting for over a month for a refund of my registration fee because they refused to allow him to attend. It's very sad, they are only a great school if you're in their click and your could is PERFECT. I'm actually considering a discrimination lawsuit, because of the unfair treatment my child and my family endured. Not to mention, most other preschools are on waiting lists, and we now have no childcare for our child, and both parents work full-time. We registered him in May for the Fall, so we were looking in advance and making sure to be prepared. I'd like to add that they have great social media sites on Facebook and Instagram. I follow both sites, and during the entire month of June when my child attended and participated in the weekly themes (dressing up for super hero week), they posted TONS of photos of the children from ALL of the classes, and my child is not in ONE photograph. That's heartbreaking for a mom to be unable to see her child in school, and then also to see my child is not included in any photos posted (I gave permission for my child to be photographed).

For a couple weeks before the incident, he was coming home with severe bite marks, he started regressing in his potty training, and fell severely ill after being fed a bad cup. It's very unfortunate that my daughter had to be the one who was hurt at only 9 months by the cartake named Wanda. My daughter had 7 sctraches all over her body. They were caused by Wanda with either her nails or jewelry. Which was inappropriate to have jewelry... wearing rings on all fingers when caring for the infant class. So unprofessional. The scratches were from her face to her arms to her pelvic to her legs. I saw only the one on her arm from the daily pictures in the tadpole app. When I called to ask Wanda consciously lied saying she came like that. That was so alarming because as any parent or caretaker or human being can imagine that any scratch will hurt and will cause a baby to cry. This is a disgraceful person. It was obvious NO GLOVES were used!!! And she did not report it. It was reported to the director and an occurrence report was done what I was further disappointed was that the next day before dropping my daughter off I wanted to make sure that Wanda was not there and she was. She should have been suspended until the true story was told. I did not drop her off. I took off and lost a days pay. I want to also point out. That day the meal report was wrong as well. items that i didn't provide my daughter were listed. God forbid she was allergic. I immediately withdrew my daughter from here. She was taken to the doctor to get it documented and the doctor was very surprised about this. My daughter is well but I don't trust daycare places any longer. I don't know what the status of her is. I am hoping she is expelled. The fact that she LIED is enough to know that this is a person that is not mentally stable. She is an abuser because she hurt my baby and lied. Pictures are attached. Others are on her face but I will not disclose.
