Clean office and great staff! Cleanings are always pain free. A+ My children also come to the office and have no complaints.

Well pond returning for a 3rd visit. I found my children to be unwelcome. They are out of school. Sorry no babysitter. I make sure they have something to entertain themselves. My son is 11 n my daughter 6. They had no issue when they were there before. I said to the office manager. Kids are out of school. I have no babysitter. As for they are not babies. When I asked the office manager. Would he rather me make the visit when they went back to school. He replied yes. I said ok. That will work. Cancel the appointment. I won't be back. This is definitely Not the office I need to go to. I had a great review first time around. Since this experience I realized just where the priority lines. Their pockets n Not patience. Some of us do everything possible to make arrangements. Yet sometimes it's not possible. I didn't complain when your office came up with a charge of 100$ You all claim insurance didn't pay. Yet you figured a way to get an extra 100 $ Out of me. Too bad you couldn't use the same concept to work w kids sitting there on Tablets. Not my fault they can't be in the room w me.​ read more

I made a appointment here to get a filling and it was the worst experience I have ever had at any professional organization. I was here 2 hours listening to sale pitch after sales pitch . They were more concerned with selling me a deep cleaning and a bunch of other stuff and when I told the sales girl all I wanted was to get a filling she became rude and aggressive telling me I would end up getting sepsis if I didn't get a deep cleaning??? That is was not possible to do a filling without a deep cleaning. That any dentist who filled my teeth without a deep cleaning didn't know what they were doing? I truly felt like I was dealing with a high pressure used car sales people here. Needless to say after 2 hours I was told they could do my filling for 20 days? Why O don't know they knew that was exactly what I was coming in for? Dr Gassett your sales girl knew I had a deadly sepsis infection 3 years ago that no one could explain how I got it as I am a very healthy individual who works out 5 To 7 days per week clean eat and doesn't drink or do drugs. Your staff was fully aware of that being a major concern of my and she tried to use that against me to sign up for deep cleanings that is so unprofessional and uncalled for to prey on someone fears. I spent 5 days in the hospital during the COVID outbreak with that infection fighting for my life all alone locked in a room with no visitors nothing I almost lost my life and my foot and your staff tried to take advantage of that! That is unacceptable at any level. They should learn how to sell properly by addressing what the patient is there for and give them a world class experience not trying to terrify them into spending $10,000 read more

I have been a long time patient & customer of Trinity Dental Excellence. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable during my visits and they discuss my dental plan before any work is done so that I know exactly what to expect. They do a great job explaining x-rays and I feel like they give me appropriate feedback regarding more overall dental health. They are great at giving me lots of scheduling options and they send out reminders for upcoming appointments without overwhelming me with excessive texts or calls. I was skeptical when I saw reviews but my boyfriend said he's had such great experiences here so I gave it a try. I will definitely be back in 6 months! They were gentle and understanding. I had to get a deep clean since I had skipped the dentist for a year, oops, and it wasn't nearly as expensive as I had thought it was going to be. I had been quoted by aspen dental $450 for the same procedure and I only paid $100 here. What a relief! read more

Very efficient staff. Everybody on staff is excellent. They have several dentists. You may not see the same one every time. But they seem to know what they're doing. I believe they have a three d printer and can make their own crowns and caps. That is something I've never experienced before. Saves time. Don't need to send them out to dental labs. read more

Would put zero stars if possible. Went to have a cracked tooth extracted and ended up leaving with nothing done.they tried to get me to spend thousands on dentures and wanted to charge me an outrageous fee to p uh lol the tooth when my insurance was supposed to cover it . Horrible place read more

This has to be the most unprofessional dentist I have ever been to. First appointment dentist attempted to clean my teeth not hygienist. He didn't even floss my teeth. Made appointment to come back for additional cleaning they canceled appointment! Finally got in for part of deep cleaning had appointment tomorrow to finish they canceled again! Said they didn't have a hygienist that they use temporary agents as hygienist don't even have a permanent one! I think it's time to look for a new dentist! read more

I recently had an appointment at New Port Richey Dental. My first experience was great. I had Dora as an assistant and she was very nice and very gentle and very educated. I went back for my next appointment only too request her and find out the office had let her go saying due to Covid 19 they had to however there is a new lady taking place her place. I was also "told" that some patients said she was too rough. I'm sorry but I don't think that is anyway correct. I think this place was looking for a reason to replace her and it was probably for the best for her anyway because I know if anyone talked to me the way the other girl spoke to her I wouldn't have been happy. I asked her who the other girl was and she said that it was the lead assistant. And carried on about her business. If anyone should be replaced it should be that lady and NOT Dora. For someone to sit up front up both times I have been in and then come to the back and shout orders in front of patients is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!!! How dare you let your lead assistant talk to others like that in front of patients?!?! I'm hope Dora finds a place who respects, values and loves her gentle hands as much as I do. I hope I find the office she has moved on to because you just lost a patient! read more

When my wife and I moved it to the Newport Richey area in 1999, we asked one of our neighbors about where to go for a good dentist. He suggested Sheldon Thompson and VonSick on Grand Avenue. This was an excellent move and we had Dr VonSick for close to 17 years. Sometime in 2017 we went for check ups and discovered that the place had changed. It was now New Port Richey Dental. Our dentist was still there but were told we would only see him on Thursdays and maybe one other day as he was semi-retired and doctors Thompson and Sheldon were no longer in the practice. About six months later we found out that our doctor was no longer practicing and had retired as he was ill. There were all new people. It had changed and became very commercial. Our hygienist had left who we had for the entire 17 years we were here. My dentist was replaced by Dr. Pan. I had no complaints as he did an extraction and fillings very capably. The hygienist also did a fairly good job. I guess we didn't like the way the office was so commercial. The practice was no longer the friendly people as it was previously. We left and went to Monticello and I think we made a mistake. We are now in search of a dentist who is not out to clean your wallet as well as your teeth. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pan and his crew. From my first appointment thru my last appointment everyone there was very professional and courteous. I have seen a lot of dentist but none as talented as Dr. Pan. He was able to correct my bite and provide me with dentures that make me feel 10 years younger. So sad I went here for a dental exam for pre-approval for a job for the US Gov. I passed the drug test, blood work and extensive background check for a security clearance for my job. The man who denied me employment is ricky pan the dentist who presumed my tooth could start hurting this weekend, and signed my DD 2813 form to reflect such presumption (Like the dems in congress) He denied me the right to feed my 5 children. So I'm asking you my fellow Americans to deny Him the right to feed His. Why should you spend your hard working money on a dentist who refuses to help other fellow Americans get off of welfare? I explained to Him and His staff the only reason for coming was to get signed off it was the last thing my employer wanted before hiring me, but after multiple attempts he wanted 1,600 dollars for a crown before He would sign off. If your going to get a dental exam for pre-employment stay away from this crook. He will make sure you stay on welfare, one of the few most anti-American people I have met in pasco county. I was so upset when I left His office i was trembling, this guy just denied me employment and a way to feed my family.
