It took me a long time to write this review, as I was afraid of this man,yet after reading the others, it should be told. In 2018 My father was a 92 year old WW2 veteran. His A/C went out and he took his vehicle to TDA to get it fixed. They charged him 1750.00 to fix it. The second time it went out they charged even more money. Finally, the third time it went out, (under warranty, I insisted on going to the store with my father. When I requested to see the paperwork on the transactions, the male owner blew up on me and Kept shoving me out the door telling me to get out of his store & calling me names. At the time I was 67 and a cancer survivor, unsteady on my feet. I know they had footage of this, but I'm sure it is long gone by now. What made matters worse is that they had my father's car taken apart and would not put it together, with no work done.I had no choice but to pay the outrageous amount. I think what hurts the most is that my dad was a prisoner in one of the worst concentration camps in Germany during WW2. What kind of person treats a veteran, an elderly one at that, (nevermind about me) in this manner. Well, I'll tell you what kind, but I'm too much of a lady to say it. DO NOT TRUST OWNER.... This place will take advantage of you. I was told .. It would cost $500 to definitely fix my vehicle... Well ... My vehicle was not fixed. I showed up at 8:00am ( like I was instructed). I waited 4 to 5 hours before the part showed up ( that was definitely going to fix my vehicle). It took them less than an hour to take my vehicle apart and install the new part.... Which did not fix my vehicle... The owner proceeded to tell me " Well I can definitely fix that for another $500. Not Happening.... Dont have it. I just felt .. I needed to make other people aware of how they do buisness. Be very Aware of the Place... read more

Honest, dependable, and family owned and operated. I've been bringing my vehicles to Jason for years, even before he took over as owner. He is hands down the best mechanic around. He's like a detective who always finds the problem and gets you back on the road for as little money as possible. And once he fixes it, it stays fixed. I cannot recommend him enough! My truck broke down in Trinity and they took it to their shop. They were supposed to diagnose the problem and call me when they had done so. They had me sign a work order for the diagnosis. The next day they called me to inform me they had replaced the fuel pump and were charging me $790. They told me the fuel pump was $490 and the labor was $190. Plus they said they replaced fuses that had gone out on the power windows and other things. The problem with this is the fuel pump is $50 not $500. The power windows were working just fine and didn't need fuses. STAY AWAY! They are thieves and crooks. read more

My friend's car broke down in Trinity on her way home from spring break. Since she didn't know the area or have a lot of money she called me at work to look up nearby auto shops, do a little research and find one that I thought wouldn't rip her off. I'm from out of state so I used Google Maps to find the nearest automotive places to where she was. Trinity Discount Automotive was the first on the list but there was no website on the Google listing. I wanted to see it so I could get a better idea of what they were like so I called them and this is where the worst phone call I have ever experienced started. A man answered Trinity Auto and I asked if they had a website that I could look at. He didn't seem to understand me and asked who I was. I was a little confused because of the strangeness of the question so I explained to him that my name was Vanessa and I found him on Google maps but there was no website so I wanted to know if he had a website. He replied "Are you hot?" Struck off guard I told him that I wasn't really going to say. He replied with "You sound hot, I bet you like to do freaky things." I was in shock. I just didn't understand how someone at a business would say these things and was flabbergasted as he began to ramble off some of the most offensive, disgustingly perverted things I have heard. I finally regained some of my senses enough to find the button that would end the call on my internet phone and managed to get out a garbled "goodbye". Before I managed to hang up he blew an air horn into the receiver. Yes, he blew an air horn into the receiver. I wear a headset when I use my internet phone so I got it full blast. It hurt so bad my ears were ringing and I had been so startled my eyes began to water. I sat there, the things he had said sinking in and I felt so utterly disgusted, dirty and violated. I excused myself from my desk and hid in the bathroom because I couldn't keep myself from tearing up. I cried for 10 minutes before I was able to pull it together enough to be professional and return to work. The rest of the day was miserable, even now I feel like I was verbally molested. I don't know the man's name and I don't know what reason he could possibly have to do what he did. What I do know is that no person ever deserves to be treated that way, to feel the way I do. I don't know if I can do anything to stop him from doing this to anyone else but I do intend to warn as many people as I can about it. I will be posting this review on every review site I know of, will be contacting the BBB and seeing if I have any legal options. All I wanted was to know if they had a website. read more

They will break things on your vehicle refuse to fix them blame someone else and intimidate you when you go to them with anger screaming and yelling in your face to get you to leave! They broke a tire sensor on my brand new truck when I went to them to give my community local business went there before always paying more but thinking it was good for community! When I went to them with broken sensor in hand only half found in new tire guessing other half in old tire and they new it because the owner Terry Waller became so defensive and angry he started screaming in my face with his hands clenched in fist and eyes of mad dog I thought he was going to hit me when I tried only to get money it cost me to get a new sensor no labor , taxes or cost of balancing tires because of the damage they already did to my new tires and truck. I just said nevermind and left i wouldn't use them ever the owner is crazy!!!!! Wouldn't even get half star they suck!!! read more
