I am so tired of wasting thousands of dollars of my money coming here taking a gamble between their products that either barely do anything for me or that I can't help but feel like I'm being completely ripped off with these placebos you sell here. Im just not buying any of it anymore. The products nor your pitches. Everyone who works here is extremely nice and polite and I can't say anything bad about my experiences with them, but let this be a warning that we're all being ripped off here. They talk a big game like they invented the stuff and just seem to know everything about everything having to do with marijuana but it's just confusing to the average customer that wants something decent to relax to. I sense dishonesty and unfair prices in this establishment more than I've seen in any other establishment. If they were honest they would have free samples of all the products they sell in some way. I love that I can just walk into a dispensary and buy marijuana. I love getting good customer service also. I have been to the Rolla, St. James, and Salem Missouri Trinity Dispensaries. All have a different feel to them and every time I go to the Rolla or St. James dispensaries I feel welcomed and the people are always nice to me and politely answer any questions I might have about what I'm about to buy there. But at the Salem Trinity I've yet to feel welcome when I walk in or get a nice response to any question I might have. I try my hardest not to even go into the Salem Trinity Dispensary because every time I've ever been there I feel like I'm getting rushed in and out so I just buy something because I need some marijuana. Like today I was already going to Salem to go to Walmart and didn't want to have to drive all the way to another town to go to Trinity and buy what I need. So I bit my tongue and stopped at the Salem Trinity Dispensary and I stopped at the front desk went through the door when the counter clerk unlocked the door and a lady walked up to me and didn't even introduce herself and told me to follow her to the big tablet against the wall I told her I already knew what I wanted that I had a pic of it in my phone and she just says well what's it called I can look it up and I said I didn't remember the name but I have a pic of it and she said "Fuck" I just looked at her but she kept scrolling on the tablet. I was shocked and thought to myself maybe I heard her wrong or maybe she's having a bad day but I couldn't really figure out what I wanted and so I asked her for the cheapest one that tastes fruity because I didn't want it to taste like tree bark and she says to me well cheapest is not always the best option and if you are smoking weed it's probably going to taste like weed. I wanted to say out loud RUDE. I literally just picked a cart and wanted to go and just check out at the counter but when I got to the counter the lady at the counter was just as rude. No greeting just wanted my license and medical card. Today is not the first time the people at this Dispensary have been rude to me that's why I usually don't go there but I was in Salem today and said what the heck it's 4-20 and maybe they won't be blatantly rude on 4-20 it's a weed holiday but they proved me wrong for sure. Next time I need to get some marijuana from a dispensary I will either drive all the way to Rolla or St. James Trinity Dispensaries or I'll just go to another dispensary all together because I am spending good money so I should get good service. And I've yet to get good service from this particular Trinity Dispensary. Sorry this is my opinion and I gave the place a few good tries but I will never be back in this place and all the employees there need to be trained or retrained on how to be polite to others and how to give good customer service.
