She was not only incompetent but- mocking and spiteful. She spent nearly an hour arguing with and alienating a new patient but claimed she didn't have time to verify the pay schedule with the insurance provider because she was too busy. The next day a different practice was able to verify out of network benefits and provide an estimate and treatment. Avoid this place. We didn't make it past the mean old troll at the front desk and cannot attest for the actual quality of dental work performed here but the sense of entitlement and lack of empathy displayed by the receptionist/admin was enough for my wife to walk out in tears.
