Yesterday I had a medical pedicure. it was my first time because my toes looked so horrible I was ashamed to show them. Yolanda did an excellent job taking care of my feet. I felt so excited to see the results. It has been years since I got a pedicure! She asked me if I wanted my toe nails polished but I did not bring any polish. So, I made my next appointment for 2 months. Yolanda is very professional and has years of experience. She informed Dr. Brandy of a soft spot on my heal and the doctor ordered me an ointment to apply. Everything was so relaxing and I felt like I was cared for really well. While on vacation I started looking for a foot dr just to get checked. Came across this office and was told they would send me a link so I could fill out paperwork online. An appointment was made for mid August and I waited for the link. I finally got the link 3 days before my appointment. Filled out forms and went to the office, met great folks and had a very good experience with the doctor. I will be returning. I greatly appreciate all the good folks in the office and the time with a very knowledgeable physician. Thank you all. read more

No reflection on the dr because I didn't get to meet her or experience her services. But her staff need to get their self and professionalism together! I drove an hour across town in traffic for an 8 am appt. At no point did anyone advise me to come earlier than 8. I was told i needed to reschedule. I was suppose to come early to fill out new patient paperwork but I was told to fill that out in the patient which I did , the week before. So why would I come early for something I've done already? But regardless, I was never advised to come early by phone or by my text confirmation that said appt is at 8am. Usually my drs appt reminders sent email or text says what the arrival time wills be if they need me to come early for anything. Theirs did not! Literally was about 10 min out and past 8 and the lady could hear the fire truck sirens passing me! We cnet control traffic. I left my house in plenty of time and also tried to accommodate for traffic. We can't always leave early enough depending on the accident . They don't open until 8 so I couldn't call until then to advise I would be a few minutes late. She said they give 15 min but I needed to be there early. Again, never was told that prior to! I live an hour away in Heath to get to desoto. I waited 3 weeks on this appt. To be told to reschedule. But I bet they don't see their patients 100 percent on time but don't extend that same courtesy to patients who are going out of their way to see them. I will reschedule with another podiatrist on my side of town or Plano frisco area where the rest of my drs are who extend courtesy to patients. Please do better with at least advising patients if you want them there earlier at a particular time ,other than scheduled appointment time. You all really dropped the ball on this and lets me know you don't really value patients. The First Lady I spoke to Debbie I believe was rude and condescending. I called back foe clarity on why i wasnt advised of earlier arrival time and lydia/linda i think was her name was more professional and over all tone and attitude was much better. New patient! dealing with an achillies heal issue for about two months prior to making the appt then waited almost a month for appt day. and was was told to reschedule since it was 8:15 and they only give 10 min grace. I hope patients who wait more than 10 min deduct from what they are charged as punishment like you all do patients. this was an awful first and last experience. ive been having alot of issues with my feet in general and thought i had found someone to handle any all concerns with them but this one issue was a start of several more to deal with down the line. this one was more pressing because it affects my walking ability and hurt quite a bit. she came highly recommended which is why i didnt mind the location and distance to get there. ive always been that way when it comes to my health. i was just informed earlier this month of a brain tumor thats growing and im seeking and waiting to see nuerosugeon about that as well. date is set in a week. was first informed of it last december. second mri with contrast last month confirmed and its growing but its causing issues with headaches, vision , fatigue etc. so it took me alot to get up at 6 am to make an 8am appt an hour away to be told to reschedule. i dont like making negative reviews about business owners, especially , my own! cause its hard enough out here for us. and im a business owner myself. so this was hard to do. however, i would want to know if a situation like this happened , and could have been avoided with a simple advising of earlier arrival time. especially when the opening hours dont state before 8 either. read more

I want to first start off by saying that the office staff is all wonderful. I've read a lot of reviews more in depth and it seems I'm having the same issue as other. I went to this office regarding issues with my feet. Me: I'm in pain and it's unbearable to walk Dr: wow yeah that looks painful. Me: it is and other issues Dr: Looks like you've been having knee issues as well. Me: Can you do anything to help. Dr: No but we're going to get you some Orthotics So as I say this I felt robbed by this doctor's office. I'm not going to take any creditably from Dr Brandy. But I truly felt she just didn't care. I knew I would have to have surgery, doctor told me nothing could be done. I went and got a second opinion and confirmed what I already knew. I was told orthotic's would help my feet. I honestly asked to work with this office regarding. If you want someone to just look on the outside of your body and not care about the internal or long effects of the problem yes go to this doctor. But me, going forward I'll choose a doctor or one that I know will care vs trying to take my money and make it seem like there's nothing they can do for me. read more

I called this place because my foot was swollen and in lots of pain. I figured I needed a podiatrist not a general doctor. Upon calling an appointment was made for me 30 minutes out, they said they placed me on an "emergency" list. I told them I would arrive min 30 they said fine. They said I would have to fill out a form out in the parking lot before I could be called to go inside. I drive the 30 minutes, i got to filling out the form then they called me and said they couldn't see me anymore. The manager (the one that made the appointment for me) wouldn't even speak to me. At this point I started to cry because I drove almost 40 minutes in pain and in the rain only to be told that the manager made a mistake and didn't make me aware of the 10 minute grace period. (I took about 5 minutes to fill out the form) They said the doctor was refusing to see me and when I finally got a hold of the manager she then blamed the receptionist for the miscommunication. I quite honestly hung up and cried in my car for 5 minutes then as I was leaving they called me back and said they "convinced" the doctor to see me! No thanks! Very unwelcoming, unprofessional and disorganized!!!!! read more

Very nice atmosphere. Office is clean and well organized even down to the cute foot prints to follow. Front office staff are very personable and friendly. Dr Brandy and her staff were professional and took good care of my needs. I feel like I'm in the right path to better foot health. Don't forget to toke good care of your feet's people! read more

I called Trinity foot center to make an appt My foot was severely swollen tender to touch with a bone protrusion. The appt they gave me was 9 days away. I tried to wait it out but the conditioned worsened I called Infinity foot and ankle was able to get a next day appt.i walked out feeling 10xs better and improving daily. TRINITY was my 1st choice their front office is extremely polite and efficient. Never any billing issues. Dr Brandy is one of the BEST! Im glad Dr Brandy is in high demand but not good for me. read more

My doctor recommended Dr. Brandy to me for an ingrown toenail. He and her staff were wonderful! They're professional, polite and all seem to really love their jobs. They explained things thoroughly and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions when I left. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure and have had no complications since (not even pain when the local anesthesia wore off)! I highly recommend her if you have any foot problems. read more
