It got denied (duh?) and I was being billed $23,000!! I had to hound my insurance company for months to get it dropped. It's clear that patients are just cash cows for the clinic to move through quickly and without compassion. The nurse practitioner is petty, vile, and unprofessional. She absolutely discriminated against me for having chronic neck pain and using a low dose of Tramadol daily to manage it. She made me feel like a drug addict, which is insane, because if I was truly a drug addict I would be asking for a waaaaayy more than just Tramadol (my partner has been in recovery for 13 yrs). The office manager must be her bestie because she also has a really bad attitude and interrupts you filling out forms by insisting to follow you to the bathroom for urine tests.
