I was already undressed.. not like I could go ask my sister and niece.. i wanted an hour but she was insistent so I agreed. (Mistake! I should have walked out). My niece was first in but doesn't get a massage til after we're done! Then my niece says she was told to turn over on her back and wait, she would be back.. was never on her stomach for the massage.. didn't get a hot towel clean up and didn't complete 30 minutes, 25 at best. my sister and mine were just mediocre. I felt like she just rushed thru the whole thing. Basically just rubbed oil on my back. My niece was so unhappy with her massage. After reluctantly paying her the $60, her masseuse asks her if she was going to tip her!!! So rude. Tipping is optional! Isn't it? I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I asked for a soft, faded balayage and instead got the most blotchy, choppy, uneven mess you can imagine. It was nothing like what I asked for--TEASY balayage, not zebra stripes! I was absolutely devastated. I trusted them, and they RUINED my hair. I'm still traumatized and thank GOD I went to a different hair salon to fix it. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund, the owner said no, unless I went there and they fixed it AS IF I had the confidence and trust them with my hair again, HECK NO, no apology, no accountability, nothing. Now, the examination itself was great, too. I had Amy Irwin and she was just great. Very thorough, polite and professional, patient, tells you what she's about to do, looking at and evaluating things and answering your questions on the fly, absolutely excellent bedside manner. Honestly, just the ideal examination experience. But then you add how great the staff is, and I love the location in my case, it's close to my house, easy parking in the lot, the office environment is great. I recently left a larger (by larger, I mean they probably had a much bigger footprint in the Oro Valley area in terms of the number of patients they handle) dermatology provider, and I'm so glad I did.
