ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! My appointment was with Hannah. Everyone was so friendly. They were very easy to schedule with. Nothing was a disadvantage to them! Fortunately I had to find a new salon due to a terrible experience at another salon but seemed meant to be. She was super careful with an injury I had to my nails! They have amazing service, speak very good english and are very empathetic. I will absolutely be coming back! I had such a great experience here! I came in as a walk-in for a French-tip manicure and pedicure, and the customer service was amazing from start to finish. Both of my nail techs were incredibly sweet. My manicure tech even recommended techniques to help my natural nails grow, which I really appreciated. My pedicure tech was very careful and precise, especially with my nail-bed care, and the final result was so, so cute! I'm giving four stars instead of five because, although my manicure is still very cute, the tips aren't perfectly straight across on every nail. Trying out a new style lace for a couples pedicure. This place had great reviews so we decided to check it out. Ken is the owner and very nice and welcoming. He makes sure that everything is absolutely perfect. The salon is very clean and inviting. I got the deluxe pedicure and my husband got the volcano. Both pedicures included extended foot and leg massages. The volcano includes a heat neck wrap as well as some other phenomenal extras. They are very much aware of what excellent customer service is. The daughter in law does amazing nail designs from what I saw. You can bring in a photo and she will create it. I can see me coming back again. My feet and legs feel so happy and relaxed! read more

I had a great pedicure with powder overlay and gel with Lily today. I did a walk in around 2:30 PM Thursday, and everyone in the shop welcomed me in. They had lovely music playing lowly and incense burning in the background which made me feel very relaxed (exactly what I wanted today when I thought about getting a pedicure.) Ken helped me pick a color and was very patient with the amount of time I took to get the color I wanted. Lily handled my pedicure and was very understanding of my nail condition and suggested a powder overlay to keep the shape since my nails do crack easily. I've tried it before and appreciated that she considered the health of my nail. I ended up getting the number 2 and paid $80 with tip for the gel with overlay. The session was about an hour. I found this salon after doing some research online. Kims work is fantastic and i recommend her. I gave the salon 3 stars due to my experience today. Keep in mind I get a builder gel refill and gel polish which I bring myself because they dont have the color I like. My first visit was $77 including tip, this was after their new client coupon. This was a fair price considering it was a new set with the builder gel. My second visit was a full with builder gel and gel polish which again, I brought with me. I paid $45, and I tipped her. Today, I got the same service. A fill with builder gel, my own polish and she had to fix 2 nails (she fixed another persons work, the fix was not her fault). She changed me $60. I explained i didn't pay that much last time and she said she had to fix nails and a fil with builder gel is $55. I again told her thats not what I paid last time. I didnt want to continue going back and forth so I just paid iI. Sadly, I wont be back. I wont voluntarily be priced gouged. read more

For $59 including tip, I will not return. They did an OK job on a mani-pedi--merely OK, not outstanding, but the technique used on my fingernails was to pull/tear the delicate skin off around the sides of the nails. This tearing of skin not only hurt, but left me with several painfully inflamed and puffy fingers that felt like bad hangnails for several days following my manicure. This lazy technique had never been done to me at any nail salon ever before (usually, little nipping skin-tag scissors are used to gently remove dead skin by clipping rather than tearing/yanking/pulling). The cuticle or delicate skin tags around the sides of nails should NEVER be pulled and torn off! It leaves one in pain for days and can risk infection! read more

i was excited to come here to get my nails done, the lady was really nice however i felt very rushed and my nails did not turn out the way i wanted them to. the color i wanted was a holographic sparkly color. it came out very botched and you can see the underlying color, which does not look like the sample. some nails are more sparkly than the others and when i asked for more glitter it seemed like it was a nuisance and they still came out botched. i paid $63 for this and it was a really unsatisfying experience.
