Had a very relaxing day here with a few girlfriends. We arrived by 10am since they open at 10 during summer. The parking lot is very big which is always a plus. They give you a little tour of the spa and assign a locker. Their pool is not huge but big enough to swim around. They have beautifully set up pool area with everything you might need. You can order poolside drinks and lunch as well. For your convenience the tables are available so you can enjoy lunch in comfort. The Himalayan salt therapy lounge was an interesting experience. We hung out there for quite a while. There is no jacuzzi but who needs one when it's 100 degrees outside. After lunch, steam room and showers we all went to our designated appointments, some had massages but I went for a facial. Not a great one but relaxing enough. I have to say the food was pretty good. I ordered their chicken sandwich and it came with fries in a tin container. I would order it with salad instead since fries got a bit soggy. One thing I really didn't like is each time I called I spoke to a different person and they could not find me in their system and the information I was given was inconsistent. My husband purchased a $200 Resortpass.com for my birthday. I selected SpaWell at El Conquistador Resort for Sept 11, 2025. I reserved my appointment 2 weeks prior and provided my Resortpass ID booking number for $200 value. The SpaWell manager, Kristi P. was dismissive and unprofessional when I informed her that I have a Resortpass value of $200.00 SpaWell incorrectly categorized the "service charge" under gratuity. I had a chai spice, relaxation massage in the beautiful SpaWell facilities. The masseuse was professional and kind, we were welcomed and offered appropriate robe sizes and shoes, and told where we could leave our things. The massage was amazing and very relaxing. As a plus size person, I felt comfortable and the beds, chairs, and robes were all sturdy and accommodating. After the massage we were offered use of the pool (I wish we had received info about bringing out swimsuits beforehand), the salt and steam rooms. BUYER BEWARE!!! After you give them your credit card number they upsell you with out transparency! They will ask you how you feel and where your pains are...give you a "deep tissue" massage and then charge you an extra $50 without you even knowing it. Some people are not rich and in Tucson we try to keep our local business going during the slow summer months while getting a little pampering that we couldn't usually afford....it's so sad that this place would try to rob local people giving all they have for decent and honest sercI had both a massage and a facial..half assed at best..only to have so many additional charges that were not disclosed to me!! Have been here over 5 times in the past few months and everything was fine and the facilities were nice. The business ethics are something to be improved on. I just got a call from Josie stating that the three massages I booked for me and a friend could not be honored at the price due to a system error and they no longer have that special. I would think they would try to honor the price that was on their website since I had been there before many times. Instead, they just left a bad taste for any future dealings with them. The staff was courteous, professional, and hospitable. My massage was amazing! I was so impressed at what my Therapist (John) was able to accomplish in 50 minutes. He was able to communicate his intentions clearly which put me at ease, he offered adequate feedback on what he was feeling, applied the perfect amount of pressure, and provided self-care/future treatment recommendations. My experience exceeded a typical "resort" massage, which is typically just a lotion application without much effort, this was a REAL massage with a skilled Therapist. Facials were INCREDIBLE. massages not so much. No one in my group enjoyed the massage and felt for the price of $160 for 50 minutes, we at least expected a mediocre massage. My sister and father had the male masseuse and felt they should have walked out during it because of how bad the quality was. The best massage I had at this spa was during my facial where she rubbed my shoulders and hands for about 10 minutes. The facility is pretty but nothing like you see at spas in the Caribbean. They had a nice little pool and seating area, but no hot tubs. They do have a salt room which was nice, and free mimosas! The front desk staff at the spa was so accommodating and they have a great range of products. I recommend facials but not massages :( read more

My 2 daughters booked a spa day for us! They scheduled massages, and then we had a chance to enjoy the beautiful facilities on 03/09/2022. The Spa has an amazing mountain view, and everyone who we had contact was welcoming and professional. I opted for the aromatherapy massage, Malory was my Massage therapist and she was outstanding. Perfect amount of pressure, always checking in to make sure I was good with everything. The oils were wonderful, and felt great on my skin. After the massage we went into the steam room, then opted to enjoy sparkling wine by the private pool and order lunch which was also very good.
