The staff seemed nice enough, but clearly there is a HUGE lack of proper animal husbandry knowledge at this location. Seeing so many animals housed in such horrible conditions was heart breaking. I went into redeem some coupons I had and the exact items I needed were not available and the owner was willing to see if she could order them. Since it was trial sized and just two cans of food, I did not want to bother her with it since coupons were expiring. The following week, I got a coupon for a size of dog food that I saw that the shop carried. I was able to get a $18.99 bag of premium dog food for just the cost of sales tax which made me very happy. They carry lots of specialty treats for your furry companions.
