He answered so many of our questions and helped us with everything we needed. He even came out to the house and checked our water, cleaned the tank (we bought a friend's established tank), he went over all the equipment and got us up and running. No high pressure sales at all. Plenty to choose from and the owner packs the fish well for the ride home. Oxygen and Prime added to the bags. If you have any problems with fish dying, try letting him know. Since no one here has the experience or interest in doing so, I contacted a few local businesses that advertised installation and maintenance of tanks. I was given Donnie Hook's number, who is apparently the owner. We chatted a bit on the phone about what I was looking for and he offered to stop by to look at the space. He stopped by around 1:30pm and I showed him the area we were looking to put the tank, we talked budget, freshwater vs saltwater, various decor options, etc. All seemed well and he asked for my number in order to "send me photos of what's available" and asked that I text him my email address so that he could put together some estimates and proposals. I did so and thought nothing of it. Shortly thereafter he started sending me text messages asking if I would leave work and meet him for a drink. At 1:30pm. I politely declined. After a week without any emails from him, I sent him a text saying that I still hoped to see some estimates from him. He responded with "Hey ,sorry. I will send today". I still have not received anything. It has now been 3 weeks. I was really hoping that since this place is local and he made it seem like he could definitely do what we were looking for, it would be a great fit to do business. Apparently finding a date is more important to him. Looks like Beitals will be getting our business; much more professional.

No money back, no compensation, no answers, nothing OK that's fine whatever if that's how you want to conduct business then cool, BUT to have zero sympathy towards a customer who is clearly upset and to have a "that sucks" attitude is absolutely disgusting. Makes you wonder if they really care about the animals or just trying to profit. Never coming here again.
