Over the course of the next 9 months I sent multiple emails to the owner & was completely ghosted, I never got a single reply. I would call the office every month or so and was told a different excuse every time. It's now January the following year & they still have NO answers, only excuses - I picked up my taxes and will be going elsewhere. I don't know what the hell is going on at that office but it's clearly not doing Taxes.. Not to mention the 3 years they did do my taxes he never once gave me a single bit of information to better my tax planning or strategy - he's clearly a CPA that works for the IRS and not you. Stay clear of this Tax office you will be greatly disappointed !
