This is a complaint for not receiving the service I paid for. Standard Overnight Saturday delivery. I dropped off the package Noon on Friday paid $57 for Saturday by 5p delivery. Package wasn't received until the following Monday evening. I went in and the manager said I had to go through Customer Service online/phone and this turned out to be a nightmare - I tried on multiple days for over a week after the package was delivered to get a refund/discount. I finally reached a manager who told me I had to wait until the their accounting showed payment was received. I waited longer and now get a new message after I tried to apply for a billing adjustment. That the package was delivered over 15 days ago and not eligible for a refund. I am just exhausted by this process. I will just use the post office or UPS or LoneStar overnight from here on out. Please educate yourself about their refund process and know it is truly difficult to get your money back. read more

This FedEx location is conveniently close to the house, so I always come here for all of my printing needs. The employees are always friendly and super helpful. I always have the pleasure of dealing with Kara. I emailed them about my son's Pokemon card birthday invitations and they had them done super quick and they looked absolutely perfect. On a separate occasion I had them do some prayer cards for a funeral, and the guy on the phone gave me a cheaper option which I thought was very nice and honest of them. read more

I print here for school and my business. I have tried UPS and Office Max for printing but you don't get the service or the quality that you get here. The young man that helped me today 4/11/24 around 2pm was friendly, smart, and was able to help me get tricky large scale copies that I wouldn't have been able to get without his help. read more

I walked in knowing I needed to get something somewhere quickly but not knowing how to do so. Keith was so incredibly helpful and got me exactly what I needed quickly and courteously. The pricing definitely could've been better, but I know FedEx will get my package to it's destination safely and on time, whereas their competitors haven't been able to do that for me in the past. read more

Keith the assistant manager and Kev are both terrible with customer service! Keith began to yell at me about being connect to Wi-Fi. Kev and Keith both were very serious about being connected to Wi-Fi. Both stated you have to be connected if you choose to print, fax or scan. This location is convenient to get to and park at. I've never had an issue with dropping off my packages here. The staff has always been polite and helpful. On my last visit they showed me the new manual scanning station that you can scan and drop off your packages yourself without having to wait for an associate. That's a big plus for me when I need to be in and out in a hurry. That station is to the left of the front door, if you can use it I suggest you do. read more

I agree with many that the customer service in this location is not great. The staff just always seem unhappy. I haven't encountered "rude". Just not very friendly or helpful. But I'm giving stars because they still get the job done. I mail trackers and I'm able to track them on my own and I notice they always ship things off pretty quickly. So I'm thankful for that and will continue to come here. read more

Real helpful! Tip if you need printing you can email in advance versus going to computers and printing from there....just go in and pickup! I actually used the computers but not all my copies came out so the person working printed them for me so I could get what I needed. Great customer service and hours are convenient. read more

I had a rush job that needed to be done in an hour on a Sunday that contained abnormal print dimensions and instructions. FedEx online would not let me put a Sunday same day order though, so I called the Hurst store directly right when they opened at 9:00am. Shannon (male) answered and was absolutely wonderful! He finished the items BEFORE 10:00am and my colleague was able to pick them up without missing his plane. On Friday (Sept 18) morning about 10:30 AM I went in here with 4 pages to be sent. I needed them scanned and she said without a thumb drive I could use the self serve that charged by the minute. I asked her if she would help me and her response was I will walk you over there but it gives you prompts and it is self serve. I asked again if she could help me and she told me it was self service. I decided I would go elsewhere as and would post a review online of my experience in her store. At that time she asked me to come back that she wanted to help me. I went to Office Depot across the street and they helped me. Seriously Fed Ex and particular this Hurst, TX location you had one other person in the store and he was using the self service fax and you couldn't help someone. Yes, it is self service but if someone needs a little extra help you just remind them it is self service. There is just no room for that kind of customer service. read more
