We have used Trinity for most of our 10 summer trips. Very professional drivers. The communication and personal service of cusomer service representatives M and A were wonderful. They wanted to make sure every trip was successful. We communicated via phone and email. Our children were safe in a very clean bus. Could not have been more pleased with Trinity Transportation 25 passenger mini coach used on 11/11/16. They were the most cost effective in the Detroit area that I could find to use for a family wedding which would require 3 different sites. From initial contact by email, through questions and final contract, Natalie and Brittany were prompt and professional. I received email replies within hours of submission and they triple confirmed our itinerary to ensure good service. Don, our driver, was polite and efficient. He arrived at our downtown hotel 30 minutes early which alleviated any worry that Trinity Transportation would be late or forgot us. He safely shuttled us between venues and even waited 20 minutes past 12 am pick up for the bride, groom and some unexpected out of town riders who needed to get back to the hotel. He did not seem bothered or distracted by our "happy albeit loud singing" on the return ride! We made sure to tip him well for the great service. read more

Our organization Chartered a school bus for March 13, 2016 to take a group of adults down to the St Patrick's Parade in Detroit. Bus/Trip/ and Driver were great. Terms of the charter agreement included a $100 refundable deposit which we still have not received. After several ignored email attempts to our Sales Rep, an email to the company's general feedback email (ignored) I was able to finally reach someone on May 6, who was initially happy to help me find out that, in spite of specific instructions regarding return address, the refund was mailed to the old address on our payment check. Even though I made the reservation under a current address and gave explicit instruction to mail back to this current address, I'm happy to accept responsibility for the old address being on the check. So the rep that was happy to help initially suggested that I go to the old address and see if it had been received there. I explained that that wasn't a viable option and she said that they would have to put a stop on the check and have a new one reissued, that was almost 7 weeks ago. On 06/02, I followed up with a phone call to the rep who was initially happy to help, only to feel like she was irritated with me calling again. This is my last option to get someone's attention. I will use this company again if they can straighten out the situation but not until then. read more

my son went to cedar point with his school orchestra, when they arrived he opened his viola case, and found that the bridge had gotten broken during the trip. I called Trinity to see if they would cover this and was told..How do they know that it wasn't already broken (calling us liars), and that they did nothing wrong (it was in the bus' storage compartment) so it"s not their responsibility. So, I guess on top of the money I paid for him to go on the trip, I also have to pay to fix a viola now. (which I was told is fairly expensive?) Well done, Trinity!!!! read more

Late for pick ups that have been scheduled for a ride and tell you they don't know when they can get a vehicle to pick you up.

The person on the phone was rude. Cab took 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to show up. Driver smelled horrible. Never again, would rather walk. read more

Have used them in the past, they have certainly gone downhill the last few years. Pick up was great to the airport, but on our return flight they didn't show. Called them and was told they should be there. Called a 2nd time to state they weren't there, Dwight stated he was trying to locate the driver. 3rd call to them was to tell them to never mind we are taking a cab. Come to find out that they booked the pick up date incorrectly. We ended up having to take a taxi home which was actually cheaper. But it's now almost two weeks later and I still haven't received my refund, since you have to pay in full upfront. I called to check on it and was thrown into voicemail. The "Trinity Promise" as mentioned on their website was not met on my wedding day. Their "Passion for Excellece" is poor at best. This is by far one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with a shuttle service. After our paperwork, email, and phone conversations on file with Trinity clearly requested for a shuttle bus for my wedding on 11/25/16, the company provided us with a yellow school bus. Definitely not what we were going for with the aesthetic and logistics of our day. Our wedding began 30 minutes late due to us not knowing that the school bus outside was for us becuase we were expecting a shuttle bus. As we all know, school buses and shuttle buses are not the same size and don't travel at the same speeds and can't be parked in the same sized places. This also proved itselt while we drove around the city to take our outdoor photos in Downtown Detroit. In addition to this, the company showed no remorse and gave no apology to us for their error or their impact to the delay in our day overall. This company is only receiving 1 star because I can't post this without at least selecting 1 start. In reality, this is zero stars for Trinity Transportation. read more

Where do I begin, I had booked their small charter bus (30 passenger) as a shuttle for my wedding guests on 8/6/16. Although their customer service was professional and accommodating, their driver was the cause of many issues for my guests. He did not show up for schedule pickup times and attempted to drop off my guests at the wrong hotel or even a parking lot of a corporate office building not anywhere near the hotel. It wasn't just once, this occurred but on each of his routes. My guests were either late arriving or had to find another means of transportation to get to my wedding reception. I had a few guests with handicaps and I feared their safety with the driver. I had discussed my concerns with their sales director Pete who informed me an investigation would take place however as of 8/30/16 I was only told that an abrupt braking by the driver was not found on the security tape. I can't recommend their service as they have not tried to reconcile the issues I had with their driver. If you are looking to book a shuttle for your wedding guest I encourage you to look elsewhere. read more

we used trinity to pick us up at the airport for a late arriving flight. when we got to the van it was the worst looking vehicle that i had ever seen. the vehicle took 3 times to start and when it finally did it had no air conditioning on a night that was in the 80's. then once we started drivng, that is when the really fun started, the vehicle rode like it did not have a shocks. the van was all over the rode and every time you hit a bump it took 1/2 a mile to stop bouncing. my wife and kids were getting car sick, but we could not pinpoint if it was from the smell of fuel or the ride. i would never use this company again i will stick with metro cars (which i found out would have been less expensive). the drive was nice enough and kept apologizing for the condition of the vehicle. rent at your own risk. read more
