He diagnosed it as common issue with LG as failing compressor and told us he could order the part and do it. We put down 50% for labor costs up front and another 50% was paid when he came out to replace it. LG covered the expense of the new compressor. Dave was on-time and professional and did the swap out quickly when he arrived today to do the service work. It's a relief to have good service here. The technician Anthony came out to find out why my brand new never used GE oven was not coming up…read moreto temperature to 350 degrees. I had trouble shot all that I could determining that voltage was good, connections were good, cord was good and still it was not heating up properly. Under warranty, he discovered that the door was not properly sealing so heat was escaping. We will see if the seal properly seats itself over time so that heat will not continue to escape. Our electric stove committed suicide in self-clean mode about a week ago. We called Poudre Valley and someone answered the phone on the first try, which was not the case with several other repair shops. They happened to have a tech in our area so they fit us in same day (other places were saying they were booked months out). Turned out the fuse had popped, killing the entire unit. The repair guy installed a thermometer-style replacement instead of a standard fuse so in the future if it gets too hot, once it cools down it'll work again. Part was diagnosed and installed in about an hour, and the total bill was incredibly affordable. Definitely calling them again the next time we have trouble!
