This is a terrible company, they are not prompt on answering phone or text messages. Said fixed the issue, review Ring Camera to find, technician didn't even open the HVAC unit, he just washed the outside off and changed the filter and said it was good. Temperature dropped for a couple days, then two days later same issue. Customer service is subpar, would recommend people try a different service. read more

My furnace was working great and I called to get my warranty company to get a tune up., as you should every so often. They came out and did their thing. I don't go over to check to see if it was working. I had a "professional" who said it was good. Don't need the heat to kick on for a few days because it was in the 70's and now when it was in the 40's this morning magically won't kick on at all. - it was working fine.. they came... and now it doesn't work at all... logically it shows they did something. I'm hoping they didn't do it on purpose but they refuse to come back out Unless I pay more money. Terrible company! Very disappointed. read more

I normally don't right review but this company is the worst I have dealt with in 30 years of owning, renting and leasing homes, they never respond, they are late, they don't turn service orders in a timely manner, 14 days of 96+ degree in our house and we still can't get hold of the company to see where our parts are to get our AC fixed. read more

Very negative experience. My home warranty company assigned me to this contractor after my A/C stopped working. The contractor did not contact me until 24 hours after I made my request even though I attempted to call several times within that time frame with no response. When the contractor did contact me Friday morning, they let me know they would not be able to come out until Monday. Keep in mind that we are in the 80s-90s temperature wise. I called my home warranty company, and they were also confused as they let me know the service should have been assigned to the next available contractor and not receiving service until 5 days after the initial service request is unusual. Bottom line: don't use this contractor, especially if you're looking for timely and communicative service. Very rude as well. read more

This company is very disappointing. We used them only because it was who our home warranty made us use. They came out time after time, probably 5 or more times to service our heating and air and never fixed the problem. They appeared like they were fixing the problem they would fix temporary problems But never the actual problem which kept us paying the service fee on top of the home warranty fee each time, just to keep having the same issue. i finally was fed up and cancelled the home warranty. They clearly were not helping us. So, when our air went out yet again it prompted us to get in the attic where our furnace is and what we seen was devastating. The furnace was ripped apart in pieces not even sealed down. so we have been breathing in insulation through our vents due to their negligence. They left trash all over our attic. Just terrible that people can look you right in the eyes and act like they're doing you a service when in reality they're not. We ended up calling another company to come out because our air yet again was out there were endless problems. Crazy problems that could have been easily addressed with the thousands of dollars we spent. I do not recommend triple a heating and air. And I do not recommend first American home warranty at all. It's a waste of money. And there simply don't care. read more

Took multiple days to finally call, much longer than the 24 hour period promised. Techs that came out gave little information when i tried to talk with them. They blamed my issue on a dirty unit and on a deck built around the unit. I explained to the techs that the deck literally did not exist when the issue started, we had just built it (AFTER the issue was already there, we'd been dealing with the poor cooling for a long time). They also refused to clean the unit. Said they didnt want to get dirty and had other calls. Is my call not important? They were already 2.5 hours late to begin with AFTER their window (1-3pm and they got there at 5:30) and then want to rush out? I get being busy, but the rushed and uncaring attitude sucked on top of that. Said i'd need to call the warranty company to schedule another appointment when they literally came out and did nothing but stare blankly at me when I tried to have a conversation with them about this issue and refused to even clean the unit. To prove the issue wasn't related to the deck I removed the structure once they left (since they were in such a hurry and refused to wait for the 5 minutes it would take) and the ac still struggled and ran 24/7 until the weather cooled. Thankfully its been cool, but i do not feel my issue was taken seriously in the slightest. Had they at least cleaned my unit and communicated to me if the coolant levels were good (which is what i assume is the issue) then i'd not have had any issues with the visit, everything else would have been dismissed. I still don't know if my coolant was correct. I tried to explain to the techs the unit had a leak 2 years ago and was "topped off" by another company and got blank stares in return. Hopefully something constructive can come from this. read more

They came out to repair our HVAC system under a home warranty call. The system was fairly new and they said they were going to get the part from the manufacturer because it was under warranty. They then stated they were not able to get the part and so they told the warranty company they would charge me a processing fee and a retrofit fit to use a different but compatible part. I could easily get the part myself from the manufacturer for nothing and they could just put it in, but they refused to do so. They insisted on collecting twice the cost of the repair in order to make more money, contrary to their initial repair estimate. They are just in it for the money and do not care about customer satisfaction or costs to the customer. The warranty company does not pay well and they just wanted to make up their revenue by cheating the customer. This is not a reputable company and I would recommend that you steer clear of them. read more
