2024 Ford Bronco sport! I love it!!

customer service was amazing.. our salesman was Jeremy McWhorter , great personality and he did all he could do to get us in a vehicle despite my credit wasn't that great.. but he and his financial team did a great job and made me a very happy customer! Definitely will be sending referrals to Jeremy.

Definition of a stealership. Triple crown cleared engine codes without fixing the issues and knowingly sold me a lemon which I had to pour repair $ into constantly and eventually sell to cut my losses. Absolutely predatory stealership that only cares about making a quick buck without any integrity. They claimed to do an entire vehicle inspection but couldn't even bother to clean the car before selling it to me. When I got home I popped open the engine cover on my new-to-me 22k mile 2011 BMW Z4 35i and found that there was a rat living in my engine bay for the past few years. I found and pried his mummified carcass out from the passenger door jamb and found his massive dog food stash in my engine air filter. Very thorough engine inspection right? Cabin filter was where his nest was & I got covered in crap when I replaced it. Front suspension shot, tires from 2015, injectors/plugs/coils all finished and needed replacement. HPFP failed after 2k more miles. Sold when I broke down on the highway for the 4th time. This was my first car and as a naive first time buyer I wasn't thorough enough when inspecting it but regardless they sold me a POS as though it were perfect - and to add insult to injury they slapped an ugly ass triple crown badge on the back bumper right before I drove off the lot. Do not buy from these scammers and if you absolutely need to, make sure to get a PPI so you don't end up picking up their liabilities and paying them for it. Absolute joke of a business.

This place was very helpful and informative about my truck. Will definitely be bringing my fleet here for future service.

Don't, just don't. I've picked mayflies off my hamburger and not left a negative review. Horrible service.

Thwy cant look at it for several days which is no problem. Attempted to get her a rental but they have none available. They use Enterprise for back up but they said they must only use Ford vehicles and they were out of those. I talked with service tech and then service manager and both said sorry nothing they can do. We talkesd with Ford Customer Service and rhey said that is not completely true. They always try to use Ford rentals but if not available the dealership can use other brands. Customer Service at this dealership is vary poor. Would never recommend to anyone nor would I ever purchase or recommend the Ford extended warranty.

My car battery failed in front of the DL office and I called Texstar for help. Within 15 minutes, two young men arrived, jump started my vehicle immediately, no charge, and then allowed me to follow them to the dealership for possible purchase of a new battery. The same individuals who came to my rescue, gave me a more than fair bid on the battery, installed it, and took my payment without me ever leaving my vehicle. That's what I call service!

My wife had…read moretotaled her XT5 and we expected a check for the full amount from our car insurance carrier. We saw another XT5 that she liked at Shottenkirk and asked if we could sign a promissory note or some other method for a week and drive the 2017 XT5. We are both retired and did not wish to spend anymore than full price for the replacement car. Instead, the sales rep worked on 100% financing with their favorite financing company -and- a $12,000 warranty plan. We continually said no, but the finance and warranty/maintenance plan guy just ignored me and kept churning out the expensive 100% finance and external warranty/oil change plan. Some of my wife's signatures and other documents seem a bit fishy; but my main complaint is forceful way we, as customers, were treated. "We are aged retirees on a fixed income and can't afford any payments!" I told the sales guy and his manager over and over. Our basic needs were not met. Instead it was a "fight to the finish"; with the dealer's rough tactics winning them an additional $12,000 for a warranty we neither wanted nor needed. I don't recommend anyone purchase any car, new or used from this business. They DO have a great service department, but that was the only thing I saw that was good at this business. BTW: they only had one key for the car. I had to arrange for and have an additional FOB out of pocket. Leonard & Patricia Jensen Weatherford, Texas buck0shot@icloud.com
