We were in an extremely vulnerable position when we dealt with this dealership. Our truck completely broke down on our way back home to Florida last December, and we had to drive 8 hours in a rental car to buy this truck because we needed something capable of towing our RV. Our salesman, Brett, refused to negotiate at all. In fact, after speaking with him, we noticed the online price of the truck had actually increased. Thankfully we had screenshots from the day before proving the price change. Even while we were actively driving there to purchase it, we got all the typical pressure tactics: "someone else is coming tomorrow to buy it," "if you buy from dealers in nearby cities you'll get deceived," etc. Brett told us since it was recent a trade-in, their detail crew would get started ASAP so it would be ready for us. After driving eight hours to get there, we were disappointed to see the truck was filthy. It was covered in dirt and had leftover cow manure and hay in the bed. The heavy duty transmission was the most important thing to us because we tow an RV, so despite everything, we still moved forward with the cash sale. When we asked Brett's manager, James what would happen if something major went wrong after we left, his response was: "You just have to hope for the best and not think negatively." Then, after learning we had a YouTube channel about RVing, James said their dealership deserved a shoutout in one of our videos. For what exactly? Selling us a dirty trade-in they couldn't even bother washing and for trying to raise the price behind our backs? We just wanted to finish the paperwork and leave because it was already late and we still had another eight hour drive back to our RV (then a two day drive back to FL). A few hours into the drive, we discovered the heater doesn't work. Later we found the backup camera doesn't work either, and the windshield washer fluid leaks. But those ended up being the least of our problems. Five months after taking our money, we still cannot legally register this truck because the dealership has failed to provide valid title paperwork. We were initially given title documents signed incorrectly, had to mail them back for corrections, and then later discovered the title they provided was not even the most recent title associated with the vehicle! This dealership accepted a vehicle as a trade-in and then resold it to me without ensuring they possessed the proper, current, transferable title documentation. We have filed complaints with the TX Department of Motor Vehicles and the TX Office of the Attorney General. I'm leaving this review to strongly caution others before doing business with this dealership. Do not make the same mistake we did and trust them with your hard-earned money. read more

I have had my truck in there : times for oil change and I have had issues every time. 1- didn't tighten oil filter. Oil leaking immediately following my visit. They tightened buy didn't bother cleaning all of the oil off. 2- took truck in for oil change. Took longer than they expected and they forgot to rotate tires. So I left after oil change. I was going to add wiper fluid three months later and noticed the oil cap had never been put back on. Took up there. They didn't care that it had been done. Pretty much in denial. They changed oil again and cleaned the oil off of motor but wouldn't put it on my oil history so it looks like I went 20k miles without an oil change. The service manager "Will" Was so rude and disrespectful. Dealership manager was out of town and I never got a call back. 3- need to use my $300 worth of point credit so I took my truck for oil change. Had appt. Dropped off 10 min early and came back an hour after they said it would take. So I gave them almost 2 hours to change the oil. They said 45 min. I get there. They didn't answer phone when I called to make sure it was ready. The guy had forgotten about my truck. It was still in the same spot. Nothing had been done at all. He said it than one was coming off the rack and mine would be next. Done. I spending my points credit on accessories. I wanted to trade my truck for a new one. I do that about every 2 years. Bought a new Bronco from them, they were very transparent. I drove out from North DFW and we had discussed all the terms and out the door price on the phone. Only thing we hadn't discussed was trade-in because they wanted to value it in person. Even though I decided not to trade in my vehicle, they did not flounder or try to raise the otd price because taxes went up, they honored the deal they offered and closed it without any problems at all. Definition of a stealership. Triple crown cleared engine codes without fixing the issues and knowingly sold me a lemon which I had to pour repair $ into constantly and eventually sell to cut my losses. Absolutely predatory stealership that only cares about making a quick buck without any integrity. They claimed to do an entire vehicle inspection but couldn't even bother to clean the car before selling it to me. When I got home I popped open the engine cover on my new-to-me 22k mile 2011 BMW Z4 35i and found that there was a rat living in my engine bay for the past few years. I found and pried his mummified carcass out from the passenger door jamb and found his massive dog food stash in my engine air filter. Very thorough engine inspection right? Cabin filter was where his nest was & I got covered in crap when I replaced it. Front suspension shot, tires from 2015, injectors/plugs/coils all finished and needed replacement. HPFP failed after 2k more miles. Sold when I broke down on the highway for the 4th time. This was my first car and as a naive first time buyer I wasn't thorough enough when inspecting it but regardless they sold me a POS as though it were perfect - and to add insult to injury they slapped an ugly ass triple crown badge on the back bumper right before I drove off the lot. Do not buy from these scammers and if you absolutely need to, make sure to get a PPI so you don't end up picking up their liabilities and paying them for it. Absolute joke of a business. read more

worst experience ever before Christmas took it n to have frontend work I told them to fix it all and change the frontend cuz we all knw one tie rod goes bad there all going well 2700 later only and they did not do what I asked them only. 1/4 of it! round two is h frontend problems again was leaving state for work as I pull a fifthwheel across this country, back to the shop again. I said go ahead and change my differential my transfer case and my transmission fluid fluids. I do everything myself look over everything cause it's kind of got a loose loose ride in the front and I said we'll go from there. Well, they new LITTLE system. They don't want to explain to you how it works and I seen a picture and guess what one of my tie rods are loose. Well there is a list of all and because nobody wants to make a phone call I'm sorry I'm not a computer would've had and changed my front back I told him to fix the front end so on the blah blah blah blah did not say anything about my brakes. They were trying to change my oil. They were trying to change my fuel. They were trying to tell me I needed a new error. tell me that to try to tell me that I said no I do that all all that myself. I just want my and my transmission change. I go ahead and flush my radiator well let's just say after they went ahead and did all the other stuff without me asking because all I seen was a fucking video of a tie rod and I said go ahead and fix it. They decided to fix all the other stuff that they thought they needed to fix. So yes, I went in there and talked to the service manager and he took a lot of stuff off of the bill this is not my My complaint is the My complaint is how many times my truck had to go in the shop after that once in Christmas they never did what I six different times after I took it in to get my fluid changed fix my front end and I told him again fix the whole front end because once one goes, they're all good to go well that didn't happen again then I get my truck back. The steering wheels caught to the trucks pulling into the right and that it goes back in they put a new steering box on finally did all my tie rods all my bushings all my ball joints told them I wanted grease inserts on my ball joints. Well they never Ford don't cause I would've put aftermarket ball joints on there so I could have a grease insert but you know back to communication key not with them so then I'd take my truck back in so they can straighten out my steering column well then when they put the steering box on, but let's not do the stabilizer. Let's not touch not do the shims so when they put the new series stabilizer box on, they filled the steering fluid all the way to the top you got a min and a after that you got another pint to go well they went ahead and put went all the way up to the cap so when they brought my truck back to me, I had steering fluid blowing all over my engine, dripping all over my truck and all through underneath my truck six the last time they came get my truck he said I'm gonna do a full detail on your truck yeah I'm pausing right now to roll my eyes because I've already detailed the inside of my truck and their on the outside was basically get all the oil off. What has hit the front but we're not gonna mess with the underneath carriage at this point my truck has been in six times this year one time right before Christmas last year to the same people wish the in there it don't the roads are kind of horrible there in Stephenville so I didn't derated enough. I tried to get on a straight road. It kept pulling to the wouldn't stay on the road is all over the road and I was it's just the damn roads totally wrong. I hooked up to my trailer and drove all the way up here in North Carolina 1200 miles ain't that far my truck was all over the road so do you know where my trailer was behind their swinging all over the road note I have a 2021 F350 so I went into sway mode on the nine times the first day seven times second day I didn't pull that far and about five times my last day and no I wasn't going over 70 I was too afraid so with my truck not staying on the road my all over the road yeah my trailer has to go in the fridge off of the wall broke all of the shit in the back of my trailer. They had to replace a whole bunch of stuff because that took a beating that truck took a beating so as I put my trailer in the shop at blue compass here in Charlotte, North Carolina, I take my truck in to a truck place place and I got the and They had me aligned which my tires are wore out because of the alignment all messed up that cost me another 1300 to put a new steering stabilizer on it and all the casting shims the lugs and the so I wasn't going to write a review until I came all the way to North Carolina and triple Ford Crown and Stephenville has cost me an arm and a leg so my suggestion is maybe your technicians and maybe your service managers need to be a little bit better on Mechanic. read more

Taken my wife's escape here for oil changes and for the second time in a row the splash guard wasn't put back on correctly and was dragging under the car within a day after the service. This last time it came off and they replaced it but didn't call me to tell me it had came in. To no surprise it is coming off again. Will not be using them again. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. First off, I called to schedule an appointment with the service department in order to simply diagnose a SYNC issue (screen was black and unresponsive) with my truck and get a quote on the repair cost. When I arrived at what I thought was an appointment time (Nov. 8 @ 9AM), I was told right away that any and all services would take 24-48 hours to even be seen, regardless of an APPOINTMENT; the same line I've been told from several other dealerships across Texas. Annoyed, I reluctantly agreed because I was in town for a few days anyway visiting family and luckily wasn't in need of my truck at the time. With that being said, a couple of days go by and I never received a call or text informing me on the status of my truck. I called the service department late in the afternoon on the second day (Nov. 10 @ around 4PM) and was told that my truck was currently being looked at. I figured I'd swing by the dealership before closing that day to either be updated further on the status of my truck and possibly pick up the keys if they completed the diagnosis of the problem. When I stopped by the dealership that evening, Hunter P., my service advisor, was out for the day and another service advisor helped me. He didn't know the status of my truck but said that he was familiar with these issues and that a tech was stopping by the next morning and could possibly update the SYNC system (pending the issue) and just charge me an hour labor. I agreed to this and told him that I needed to go back to my hometown the next morning (11/11) and that I would stop by regardless to pick up my keys so I could get on the road. He wrote a note to Hunter advising him that my truck needed to be seen by the tech first thing in the morning and that the diagnosis at least needed to be handled by the time I arrive later that morning to pick up my keys. I arrived at the service department a little before 11AM the next morning. Hunter not only failed to mention that the service department did ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING IN THE THREE DAYS THAT THEY HAD MY VEHICLE TO SIMPLY DIAGNOSE A COMMON ISSUE, but then proceeded to spend 45 MINUTES trying to locate my LOST KEYS. When Hunter finally pulled up with my truck, he tried handing me my keys without saying a word. I had to be the one to ask if the work had been completed to which he said no, gave me a weak apology, and that next time I would be a "priority" if I came back, as if next time you all would ACTUALLY do your jobs. Keep in mind, I've been as kind and as patient as I could be given the situation, but this team's incompetency was truly on another level. Fast forward a couple of months and I DIAGNOSED AND FIXED the SYNC issue MYSELF in a matter of 35 MINUTES; presumably at the fraction of the cost too, I imagine. Needless to say, me and my family were appalled at the service (or lack of, rather) I've received and neither myself nor my family will ever do business with this dealership again. read more

I told the service advisor the part was available locally. She said that was fine and they would have it brought over. When I received the bill I was charged $250 for a part I could have purchased for $120. I needed two of these parts. So $500 for parts that would have cost me $240 to go get myself. Went in to this dealership to trade in our vehicle, they looked over our vehicle for an estimate we walked away because we were not happy with the car that they were going to do for the trade. our vehicle was just fixed at the shop no problems we left the dealership and it started to throw codes and shake and try going off road almost wrecking on my way home we check it out here this dealership had unplugged our map sensor to get a lesser value for our trade in. Now will not look up videos to see who tampered with our vehicle!!! I do not suggest this company they will do whatever to lower the value of a trade in!!! Service department. Took my F350 in for Manufacture Recalls (2). Service department said that they would need the truck two days. They contacted me to with information that my batteries needed to be replaced. Contacted me to let me know the truck was ready and to come pick it up. paid for the replacement of the batteries and left. Called today for the paperwork on the recall and informed that the parts were back ordered from Ford. Would have been nice for the service adviser to let me know that at the time of picking up the truck. read more

Shady, downright rude, and plays games. Went in there to sell them a vehicle and asked to test drive one of their used vehicles. Told them I liked what I saw on the drive but would need to take it to an independent mechanic to have it checked out. They said that was fine but one of the sales managers then comes out and politely asks: "what, you don't trust my mechanics?" and asks if I was going to take it to someone specific in town. I politely told him trust was not a factor and that I would need to take the vehicle to an unrelated, undisclosed mechanic. At which point he made it clear he was no longer interested in being polite and friendly, and walked away from me. Something to hide perhaps? What would a reputable dealership be doing selling vehicles they don't want the buyer looking too closely at? Needless to say I did not end up buying that vehicle. As for the sale of my vehicle, I redeemed a KBB Instant Cash Offer through them to have them tell me they could pay off the rest of the loan but could not cut me the check for the positive equity I had on the vehicle (over $4000) until they got the actual paper title from the financier. Sounded like run of the mill car dealer dishonesty but ALLY financial vouched for their story. This is all well and good but three times along the way I contacted them to check on the process over the like 34 days it'd been since I actually gave them the vehicle, and all 3 times I got "I'll give you a call later on" and they blew it off. My concern grew when I saw my vehicle for sale on their lot! I expressed my concern to the head sales manager and another one of their sales managers, only to be completely ignored. In hind site I understand that they are able to advertise the vehicle while sale is still pending, but that is only because I know someone who worked at a dealership and he was able to shed light on this. Your average consumer is supposed to know this, how? ALLY confirmed that they released and mailed the title on the 12th and that it would be 7-10 business days ... so why was I still in the dark on what was going on come May 2nd? Began looking at potentially involving an attorney when they called saying "the check is ready". Picked it up the next day; more rudeness, no apology, no explanation, no nothing. Just "here ya go". Never at any point was I rude to them, nor was I being a pest. It'd be one thing if it was a reprint of a receipt or something I was asking them about but it wasn't--it was $4200. That's a lot of money not to keep someone in the loop about and blow someone off about when they ask for an update on the situation. Crap customer service at best; outright disrespect/game playing is what it felt closer to. Wouldn't be surprised if they chimed in to try and maintain appearance in the public eye. Where was it when I was politely asking and a simple phone call or text would have prevented this? I can assure you they did not give a flying crap if I felt like I was being treated with respect while dealing with me personally. It was far more important to them to play this game with me.
