Trexal and the guys at First On got me a new battery and installed it for a little more than I would have paid off I bought it and went through the hassle myself. This is the 3rd time I have had to come and bring a vehicle for service in the past 2 months. The first time I had some sensors replaced. The second time I had to have a power steering pump and an automatic door fixed. This last time was the battery on my other car. Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs, but it's nice to know when you spend your money you are getting what you pay for, and you aren't being added services you don't need. The honesty and integrity at First On has earned a customer for life.

We talkesd with Ford Customer Service and rhey said that is not completely true. They always try to use Ford rentals but if not available the dealership can use other brands.
