JUAN LOPEZ the Sales Manager agreed to a deal and ran my credit on FRI OCT 26th at 10am MST and then at 2pm MST the SAME DAY, called to shared that the car we agreed to AFTER my credit was ran, had been sold. Note the car in question was indeed available the 2 previous days AND THAT MORNING while Juan and I agreed to terms, but they decided to sell the car to walk-in for more money AFTER running my credit. This dealer has ZERO integrity and will certainly come at you with southern kindness only to screw you. One would think buying a vehicle from a dealership, you think you would have good service for aftercare. Definitely not this one. One if you want an oil change you have to be there at 7:00 in the morning first come first serve. I waited 4 hours for one time. ridiculous that you cannot make an appointmen. Pure nonsense! Anyway when you go in for parts they don't have them in stock and always have to order and wait for a week or more. So the latest one was I called in Wednesday to find out about getting a key for my Jeep and the young man I spoke with sounded like he didn't want to be on the phone he Told me that I needed to have the Jeep at the dealership with Id (guess I can understand) this and the told it would be $350 dollars. Ok. So I make arrangements for towing, called back Thursday and another guy told me I needed the ID and title ( kinda cannot get into my glove box without said key. I'd should be sufficient anyway so I told him that I was having my Jeep town. To get the key fob so I can get on with my life, unfortunately they don't have the key in stock, of course you don't and so told me it would be a week before I could even get it and I had to pay upfront nope not gonna do that until I have the thing in my hand and not be waiting on the key until something freeze over. Anyway so I call a place in another town. They can have the key Saturday and gonna be less than what was quoted at the dealership I bought my vehicle at. I called back to tell them to cancel the order and the guy was a total jerk didn't ask my name or anything said get thy would get it done. So hopefully the order was cancelled probably never placed anyway. I found a better place to take my business and sounds Like they will be doing me right. Oh yeah got a text saying we want o buy your Jeep hmmm nope not useless not will be an even trade js. I will try hard not to do Business with again. If it is a last resort probably. These are good people who work here. They all have a wonderful attitude and try their hardest to get everything done as fast as they can for you. I had to get two new sets of keys for my vehicle and they were wonderful about helping me and getting me in and out as soon as possible. Had to have clock spring replaced in my steering wheel which was causing the airbag light to come on. First, they tried to tell us we owed them a ridiculous amount of money when the fix was under warranty. Second, we got the Jeep back and the light was off but the turn signal would not click back after turning right. Had to take it back to get it fixed. Finally, we get it back again and the audio controls on the back of the steering wheel don't work as they did before getting the spring replaced. Took it back and they told us we needed to buy a part that we didn't have for the controls to work, even though they worked before they messed with it. Never coming back. read more

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had with service on my Jeep Rubicon. Took in to get work done on front end and the first thing out of Randall Millers mouth was the tires were causing it without even driving or looking under vehicle. The vehicle was bought in South Texas with same equipment and a mountain equipped from factory and we purchased extended warranty for maintenance on Jeep. The jeep had been in several jeep dealers in Lake Jackson and Brownwood with no problem of tires or lift kit. Which I believe it is as is from Factory with same tires. Randal sent picture to warranty company and they voided our warranty because he said it had oversize tires and lift kit which has never came up before. He was so stuck on the tires on vehicle. I was going to buy a new truck there but with someone like Miller there I made my last visit there. It is going to cost me a lot out of my pocket and the $4300. warranty is lost now and any other repairs will cost me from now on with no warranty. this dealership should have to give me warranty on this vehicle. I took my Dodge Ram 3500 to the service department in Stephenville. Very friendly staff. The service department representative Chris, took down all my concerns. Shortly after, Chris took me to the back to show me that my front passenger tire was "defective" and that was causing my front vibration issues. I told him that I would take to Discount Tire to have the "defective" tire replaced since it was under warranty. Went to Discount Tire and they told me that the tire is not "defective" but would need to be replaced due to wear and tear only and the front end vibration will Still need to be addressed by a mechanic. I called Chris at the Bruner Service Department and told him what the tech at Discount Tire said. I again asked Chris if the tire was defective and he said "yes". When I told him what the service technician said at Discount Tire, he then recanted his statement about the tire being "defective" and then stated that he never said the tire was "defective" but it was needing to be replaced due to wear and tear. Chris never said that at any time during my visit at Bruner. I said to him, "that is not what you said to me and because of your dishonesty, lack of knowledge and experience, I will not use the Bruner Dodge Service Department. Chris' dishonesty, lack of knowledge and experience should be addressed at Bruner Dodge! read more
