This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it. Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great. Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.

After a tour of the house windows pointing out the ones that needed replacing, the guys went to work moving from window to window, extracting the damaged glass and then installing the replacement glass. Flagstaff Windows came out to our home, measured for a door, took a deposit and said install would happened in 4-6 weeks. Six weeks later, they called to schedule for the install, but then canceled saying there was a shipping issue. A few months later they blamed the delay on the factory. When we tried to switch window vendors and order from a different vendor, they were very apologetic and sent a quote. Since then we have been completely ghosted. They have not returned phone calls, emails, text messages and their physical address is an empty office building. Long story short: we have not received our deposit back or the product we ordered. After six months of waiting, we moved on and the new slider was delivered and installed within four weeks (by a different contractor)
