Our old walk-in shower required complete destruction and replacement with a larger and new design and new tile throughout the master suite. Their tile guy, Cole, laid the most meticulously placed tile we've ever seen; he takes great pride in his work. Remodel is disruptive on a good day, but their workers and subcontractors took the extra effort to always clean up after themselves "every" day, not just after the job was completed ... and we slept in the master bedroom throughout this. They were responsive by email, text and phone, always courteous, and their timeline was accurate from the estimated commencement to how long the remodel would take. One post-construction issue with the towel rings, minor, was promptly attended to by Cheston. If a detailed accounting is needed, I'm sure these guys would be willing to complete an itemized listing. We had very specific needs we wanted incorporated into the design and Jeff attended to them and the design is working for us. The only issue we had was around miscommunication with the tile supply company who was suppose to incorporate corner soap dishes into the design; turns out it has to be done when the tile is placed, not after the fact. A lesson for owners: make sure all details are addressed at the design phase. We highly recommend Triple E. With them, you will find people with integrity and a true work ethic.

I always take a picture or the piece of the door I need which is pain full as my doors are solid wood 32 x 80 inches and extremely heavy. I find that if you give respect you get respect. We spoke with a "director," and RBA's only answer was for us to delay/undo the paneling replacement, which we had already paid for and was well underway, and to have the same RBA installers who created the problem and covered it up come back again. Unacceptable! For obvious reasons, they will NEVER work in our house again! We paid for a premium product. We certainly did not get one. Unfortunately, RBA is just not trustworthy.

My home inspector found several issues that needed repair that involved several specialties (plumbing, carpentry, drywall). I remembered my conversation with Mike and called him. We had a preliminary discussion on the phone about what needed to be done, and he assured me that he was qualified in all the required areas. It's also important to note that Mike is a licensed contractor. Mike came to the house at the appointed time and date and reviewed my list and checked out the areas where the work was needed. He gave me an estimate based on the number of hours he thought the work would take over a three-day period. Having been around the block many times regarding home repair, I found the estimate to be competitive and reasonable. I hired Mike. He arrived on the job promptly every morning. He completed all the repairs within the estimated number of hours and with much care and expertise. I will definitely be calling Mike for any future work that needs to be done at my house.
