I have used precision marble before and been happy with the quality and durability of the product. This time I ordered three vanity tops. The undermount sink on one was off center with the vanity, the drain, the mirror and the light fixture and I was told that because the old top had been demo-ed before the measurement was done they didn't realize that the sink should have been centered with the vanity, the plumbing, the mirror and the light. ( By the way, they suggested I do the demo in advance.) There was no mention during the process that this would occur and I was not consulted about the sink position. The solution offered was a discount on a new vanity top and the installation. The company took no responsibility for the error. So i am left to either pay more or live with their error and the additional plumbing expense. Is Precision Marble a risk worth taking? read more

Our general contractor asked us to select a cultured marble product from Precision Marble and Granite (TruStone) to use in our conversion to a master bath snail shower as well as for a hall bath tub surround remodel. We found we had a LOT of choices in designs, colors, and qualities. There were plenty of excellent choices for our needs and within our budget. Cultured marble has sure come a long way since its first iteration! We were impressed with the quality of the product as well as how easy it is to keep clean. Plus, since it's a single slab on each wall, there's no grout to seal and keep clean. We also chose not to use any glass, especially since a snail shower doesn't need a door. We use a mild cleanser and a sponge or microfiber cloth to clean our TruStone. We also chose a matte finish to camouflage water marks. We found a quick squeegee after each shower helps with that, too. It's been 2 years since installation and we couldn't be happier! PM&G did a shower installation over two years ago but the tech who installed it did not level the shower floor and thus the shower had a slow leak that found its way to the crawl space beneath the floor. It was discovered during a termite inspection. PM&G accepted their responsibility and completely removed the marble, leveled the floor and restored the shower to perfect condition. There are many companies who would brush this off and say that the time from the first installation was too great . . but they stood up to their work and made it right ! They went above and beyond , thank you PM&G. They will always get my recommendation as a first class business in Prescott . . a rare occurrence today. The best ! read more

Absolutly the worst sub-contractor we have used in quite a while. The communication is lousy. For some reason, all three of the last shower doors we have ordered have been measured incorrectly. The Installation looked like a 10 year old installed it. I'm so dissapointed. At this point in time I am warning the community not to use this company. read more

Precision Marble replaced my almost 40-yr old, fiberglass stand-up shower with a beautiful Cultured Marble stall, including Rain Effect glass shower door, grab bar, and niches. The job also included all necessary plumbing, demo and installation. Everything went by the book except for the glass door installation due to breakage, then missing parts, but the 3rd time was the charm. Working with Adrianna was a pleasure. I had PM remove my shower insert and vanity top and sink. The guy that came out to measure and estimate the work was excellent and took his time to understand exactly what I wanted done. The guy and son who did the demo and installation was excellent. He did a perfect job. I also found precision marble's customer service to be very good. Precision Marble recently installed an entirely new bathroom for me, no easy feat in a 1950's cabin with wonky walls!! The installers took their time and worked overtime to get the shower enclosure in, and were polite and friendly throughout. My husband and I went through Precision Marble for our kitchen counter and backsplash renovation two years ago. Everyone was helpful and professional and their bid seemed reasonable and in line with other places. They did a great job and we were very happy with our new quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash. About three months ago we were shocked to find that we had a crack in our countertop. After two month went by, we felt the crack was getting worse. Heartbroken, I went back to Precious Marble looking for a sealant or epoxy to try to at least stop the crack from spreading. We had no idea how it happened and just assumed we must have done something. Bad luck for us. When I stopped in, I was surprised when I was told they would send someone out to look at it. Jason came and was so wonderful. He took pics and said he'd look into it. To my absolute delight and shock after only about a week or so, Precision Marble said they would replace the countertop, free of charge! I almost passed out! They just wanted us to be happy! Wow! So blown away and impressed! Not only did they agree to this but they made it happen in 2 -3 weeks! The new one is beautiful and the gentlemen who installed it were terrific! I hired this company to install a marble shower and ended up paying a deposit for additional work based on false pretenses. I found that the owner does not take any responsibility for the lack of communication with his workers and heard from another individual that he's been known to have a temper. During construction, another contractor who had first hand knowledge of the company said that he did not trust the company and would not have hired them. I also described my experience with a local association official and was told that I should have received my deposit back, which I have trying to get for months. I would definitely not recommend this contractor. read more
