I explained I had been instructed to contact their business on the day of delivery to verify a pick up time. I was informed that there is no specific delivery date. I have no issue with that. I do take issue with being told a week in advance that an order would arrive on a specific day and time. By giving me inaccurate information, I waited 7 days on an order, only to find out later that it had arrived early and was now sold out. I was forced to source my supply from another vendor at a higher price due to this delay. Had I been given accurate information in the first place, this would not have happened. In the farm industry, poor customer service can cause financial loss. I will not be making any future purchases from this business.
