When I first called this service in July I left a voicemail and received an immediate call back. Made an appointment to have the huge pile junk moved out of our rental property. John and his team arrived on time and did a great job removing the stuff. The price was good and service was great. Move forward to last week, I called again, left a voicemail but never received a call back. I emailed to set an appt from their website and never received a response. This inconsistency in responding to customers doesn't bode well for a business. I had hoped to continue using this company for our rental property but as it stands now I don't think so. If they couldn't make an appt or simply did not want to deal with a small pickup a response saying as much would have been the right thing to do. So sad.
