Fantastic service! We've noticed ants twice inside our house recently. We've made it over a year at this residence without needing pest control. But with all the rain, it sounds like pest companies are getting more calls for ants. We called today and Les (the owner) answered. He was courteous and polite on the phone. And about an hour later, he and Nathan showed up for treatment. My husband called several companies for comparison of prices, and they were very reasonable, if not the most reasonable. I recently moved into a home in cedar park, and it was my first time to encounter scorpions. Based on yelp reviews, I called Les and he came out assessed the situation. We did an initial treatment, but in the two months since I have still seen 2 live scorpions. Why the four star rating then? Clifford, one of Les' associates just left the house after doing a thorough inspection of every possible cause for the scorpions, provided a handful of suggestions that I could easily do myself around the house, and then did a thorough treatment inside and outside of the house. Great Job as attested by everyone else! And very reasonable as well. Nathan did an excellent job. He was very patient in answering my questions and trying to convince me that the squirrels were on the roof over my bathroom and not in the attic. He even humored me by putting a squirrel trap in the attic, and even relocated it later close to the top of my bathroom to accommodate my concerns. In the end he had patched up three holes where mice and squirrel were entering into the attic, and trapped two squirrels in traps set outside (no they were no longer in my attic as he had assured me). Considering there is no noise on the top of my bathroom anymore, looks like one of his catch must have been my cohabitant who was desperately trying to get back to its comfortable abode. We have used Triple L Pest Control in the past for all of our 3 business locations. We now use Triple L in our home. We could not get control of our dogs brining home ticks after spending the weekends at our ranch. Even with all the grooming and preventative meds we used on them, they got out of control. We figured they were now breeding in our backyard. There was no way we could keep up with our dogs being bitten. When we called Triple L to inquire if this was something they would be able to control they came to our home the very next day and sprayed both our backyard and every nook and cranny inside our home. 6+ months ago I started hearing noise in the attic. Since our property management company uses Triple L, they sent them out but they couldn't find any evidence of anything and decided it must be a squirrel in the attic. Nothing was done at that time. Fast forward to a month ago and we discovered "droppings" in the garage. Before we called our property manager we called another pest control company thinking we'd just take care of it ourselves. He told us we probably have roof rats based on what I told him, but his fee was very high to come out and check, so we turned the situation back over to our landlord. Freddie came out first thing on a Monday morning and looked around. He put traps in our attic and garage. That afternoon it sounded like a hoot nanny hoe down up in the attic. When he came back on Wednesday he'd caught something like 8 rats. One in the garage and seven in the attic. He even managed to catch two babies on one trap! About a week later Triple L came back and did what they call an exclusion, which means they blocked off all the places the rats could be getting in. Freddie has been very polite and pleasant to work with. He's come back a few times just to check the traps, but after he got that whole family the first time there hasn't been any more. Now that the exclusion has been done I fully expect to never hear another rat in my attic again. I really do wish they could have figured the problem out a few months ago and avoided an infestation, but now that it's fixed, I'm happy. One star off for not finding the problem to begin with, but what a relief to have the problem taken care of. read more
