They came out and were here for 30 minutes or less, said I needed more freon so he put in 11 oz of that and charged me $58.50 for that, then said the air filters also needed cleaning so he used my hose to spray them out which he charged me $45.00 to use my hose and my water to clean out some air filters? That wasn't even the worst part. Their flat rate of "labor" costs for their time is $98.00 whether they're there for five minutes or an hour. In total the bill was 201.50 for 11 oz of freon, and something I could of done myself. Moral of the story: I called them back again today (three weeks after the first time the AC broke down) for the same issue, to have them come and fix it since they clearly didn't the first time, and they told me it would be $185.00 plus whatever the parts will cost to fix it. P.s. Don't even think about calling on the weekend because their labor rate is $185 non-negotiable and that's before the cost of "parts". Please, please do not waste your time or money. They will simply do the bare minimum so that they have to come back within a few short weeks, and you have to spend another $100+ for their precious time. P.s.s Their customer service is terrible, was quite upset they quoted me so high after not fixing it the first time and the lady just told me "call someone else then". Fine by me, I'd rather give my money to some other business than a greedy one.

I've found it increasingly difficult to find service companies that are knowledgeable in their field, responsive, honest and provide excellent customer service. Not only did Green Tech Plumbing check all these boxes, but they also offer fair pricing. A unicorn of a business. After being overcharged and underwhelmed by our previous plumber, I was on the hunt for a capable plumber to install a whole house water filtration system. From the moment I reached out to Green Tech Plumbing, they were nothing but responsive and helpful. I purchased the filtration system from a vendor, yet Kevin willingly answered all my questions (promptly!) about the system. He even pointed out that one of the options had expensive filters that would need to be changed frequently saving me hundreds of dollars in filters. What a gem! Kevin came out to look at how the system could be installed in our space and talked to me through how the system would work and answered all my questions. He then provided a fair quote. Once our system was delivered, I emailed to set up the installation. His team came out the following week for the installation. The tech Kevin sent was just as helpful! He moved the 100-pound tank from the garage to the basement, which wasn't part of their scope. The tech had to make a run to the hardware store to buy connection pieces that weren't included with system, but he knew exactly what to buy and did so in a timely manner. The install was speedy and flawless. The tech was even willing to stay while I called the vendor's water filtration system customer service expert to walk us through the start up process. On top of this great experience, I wrote a check for the incorrect amount and Kevin responded right away saying he would swing by and drop a check in our mailbox for the overpayment. Unreal! This is how you run a company!

They arranged a same-day inspection and moved appointments around to complete the repair the very next day. Kurt and Antonio were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They clearly explained the problem, completed the work efficiently and restored proper drainage to both units. Vickie and the office team were also extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We own and manage multiple properties, and after this experience, we will gladly use Rocket Plumbing again and add them to our preferred vendor list. Highly recommended!

The service team was able to fit me in same day by putting me on standby. Nick was able to diagnose, stop the leak, inspect that the leak had done no further damage, and ultimately get the water heater working within 5 minutes of his arrival. Better yet, he said it was a simple fix and did not charge me, but just asked that I keep them at the top of my list for my next job! Very friendly and presentable all the way. He also assessed my heater and said I probably had about another two years to go before needing to replace, and gave me a written quote for a new water heater and to replace the saddle valve with an angle stop. The angle stop cost was a bit high, but the water heater replacement was very reasonable (just being fair). I am definitely going to reach out to them for my next plumbing job.

I had a problem with the sewer line and they came out and said it was roots in the sewer line that could not be cleaned out, a 6ft pipe would need to be replaced. Cost of $6,500.00. Full payment was made which they insisted. A few days later I was told additional 30ft pipe would need to be replaced. Cost of $25,000.00, I paid in full, insisted by them. Mr. Rooter came out in March 2025 and dug a 10-15 ft wide trench. While trenching- they mangled the water line (had to have city come shut my water off), hit the neighbors garage leaving damage. I asked again for invoice. We were told by Mr. Rooter- all good, inspected (they did the inspection). Hole was covered by dirt, middle of April 2025. I asked again for invoice. April 25, 2025- I had mud coming up in the basement drains. I called Mr. Rooter and they were sending a manager and inspector on May 5, 2025- they did not show up. Mud still coming up. I had to take my house off the market. Water was still shut off. During this time of no water, I had a pond with over 40 Koi fish, some very large. The pond needed water after the winter so the pump would run. I lost over half my Koi fish and gave away the rest so they would not die. No show by Mr. Rooter on May 16, 2025. Mud still coming up in basement drains. Between May 17th and May 21st, they came out and dug 10-to-15-foot trench, Mr. Rooter admitted the new pipe that was installed by them did not get attached to the existing pipe before the hole was covered by dirt. It was inspected by them???? June 9, 2025- July 8, 2025. Same. Trench with pipe sitting on the ground. I sent pictures to Mr. Rooter After July 8, 2025- Mr. Rooter must had fixed it, the hole was covered with dirt. Mr. Rooter said all good, inspected, had video of the inspection. (they will not send us) Still needed a copy of the invoice. July 19, 2025- I put the house back on the market- water was turned on by city. April 15, 2026- I had a contract for the sale of my house. The potential buyer had a sewer inspection done and it did not pass the inspection. The buyer would not go forward. April 21, 2026- (had to take day off work) Met with the supervisor from Mr. Rooter, he performed a camera inspection and said "yes" there is a problem. He met with the neighbor about the damage to her place and assured her they would fix it along with bringing in a load of dirt to level the large area where they had dug. He took pictures of everything. April 28, 2026- Mr. Rooter said the pipe was full of mud because when the pipe was reattached, they did not clean it out. Mr. Rooter said good to go after they flushed the pipe. Camera inspection no signs of any issues. Asked again for the invoice. May 3, 2026- I had my 2nd contract for the sale of my house. The potential buyer had a sewer inspection done on May 11, 2026 and it did not pass. The buyer would not go forward. The inspection completed by the potential buyer showed gravel in the pipe, pipe not attached (space in pipe). We have copy of it. May 11, 2026- Called Mr. Rooter. No call back. No copy of invoice. No copy of their inspection. I can't sell my house, my neighbors garage is not fixed.
