Dave and Rob are among the best trainers I have ever seen. They take time to identify specific ways they can coach and help each student, and then present information and coaching in an encouraging, supportive way. They create a fun, productive training environment which encourages people to try new things and see what works for them. So I took my drivers test here this morning after the DMV made me. Colorado is such a weird place…read morewhy wouldn't you just test for you driving test for a drivers license at the DMV is beyond me. I guess it's just another way for a middleman to charge you $86 to take a test just so you can wait another three months to actually take your results for the test to the DMV for an actual license. my frustrations, aren't with this place though it's with the DMV itself. Anyway, you have to make an appointment online and you even get to pick your instructor. I chose Elliot. Worked out good for me because he was really friendly and surprisingly funny. Made the test seem less nerve racking than I was making it out to be. Pro tip if they give you the option don't pick route 9 there's a stop sign you can barely see cause of bushes and low hanging branches on trees. I had to stop last minute wasn't a fun way to begin the test. (if you run the stop sign it's an automatic fail) Oddly enough, they do have a lot of amenities in the office like snacks and drinks and stuff which is not what you would expect! They were nice when i called and set up an appointment for a virtual tour since they dont allow parents inside the building due to COVID concerns. I had to call them back within the hour of the appointment since they hadnt sent me the link. Turns out they were having I.T. issues and were waiting to hear back from I.T. and didnt want to call me until they heard back from them. OK. So I asked the assistant director who I spoke to if we could reschedule for the next day and she agreed. Didnt hear from them until I called back again at our appointed time the next day (Friday)and was told that the assistant director wasnt in and left a message for her. Very bad first impression for a prospective client. Especially since my son was supposed start the following Monday. I haven't heard from them since. Clearly communication with parents isnt a priority, which is especially concerning since they dont allow parents inside the building. Needless to say, my son wont be attending and neither should yours.
