I recently brought my Cadillac to Red Noland Cadillac because the A/C stopped working. What…read morefollowed was a frustrating and disappointing service experience. Despite having a warranty that covered factory-installed mechanical/electrical parts and labor, I was initially told I would owe more than $300 due to the dealership's parts markup. When I asked about their parts pricing, I was told that information could not be disclosed. After speaking directly with my warranty adjuster, I learned my deductible should not exceed $100, which the dealership ultimately honored after additional discussion with Service Manager Mike Parker. Unfortunately, two days later the A/C stopped working again due to a leak that apparently had not been identified during the original repair. When I attempted to return the vehicle, it wouldn't start and had to be towed back to the dealership. I was then told the wiring harness under the dash had been damaged and required repair. There was also a dispute between the dealership and warranty company regarding the cost of an A/C line repair kit, with the warranty adjuster indicating the dealership's price was significantly above market value. After finally picking up the vehicle, I discovered that the cooled-seat function (which had been working properly before these repairs) was now heating up. When I contacted the service department, I was asked to bring it back in. I made it clear that I was not willing to pay another deductible to address an issue that arose after their work. I want to be fair: both Mike Parker and technician Peter have been professional and courteous. My concern is the overall repair process and quality control. After multiple visits, a tow, repeated warranty issues, additional charges, and now another function that stopped working after service, I have unfortunately lost confidence in the dealership's ability to properly oversee repairs. I understand that automotive repairs can be complicated and unexpected problems can occur. However, customers should leave a dealership confident in the work performed not wondering what will stop working next

I saw a 2016 Toyota Avalon on their website that I was interested in test driving. I filled out a digital inquiry to let the dealership know I was interested in the car. I was given an automated message saying that a representative would contact me soon, but I never heard from anyone. On December 8th, I called the dealership, and whoever picked up the phone seemed inconvenienced by my call. Granted, he did answer my basic questions, but he came off as somewhat rude and disinterested in my call. On December 15th, I called twice to ask about the same car and no one picked up either time, and their voicemail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message. I scheduled a test drive with the car for the following day at 10am (opening time) and got an automated text message confirming my appointment. I arrived at the dealership for my scheduled test drive and the Avalon was nowhere to be seen on the grounds and the front door was still locked, several minutes after their posted opening time. Overall, I would strongly discourage purchasing a vehicle through this dealership due to abysmal customer service and lazy business practices.

The environment is likely *supposed* to be 80-82 degrees, but the door to the facility was left open, so every time somebody entered down the hall, the cold air came straight in to the lesson area. This was most noticeable AFTER our lesson when we were all wet and felt pretty cold despite the heat being on. I'd recommend putting a changing table or pad in a private space on the floor for people with infants to feel comfortable changing themselves while their baby is safely on the floor and not at risk of falling off of a high surface. Additionally, a robe or extra towel doesn't solve my issue of not being able to change myself AND my baby while alone. Thanks for the update, maybe we will try a different facility for next time and see if that will work better.
