Do NOT recommend…read more We had PNW Bartenders bartend our wedding August 20, 2022. We had to choose from a list of bartenders given to us by our venue. Not only did they arrive 30 minutes late, they ran out of alcohol and ice in an hour and a half. I gave them a guest count of 184 people and 155 people came. It was their job to make sure there was enough alcohol for the number of people given and they failed to do so. I mentioned to them over 3 times through the planning process that I DID NOT want to run out of anything. I had also told them that my friends and family drink more than your average crowd. I have screenshots of the messages for proof. There was no reason to not bring enough alcohol because we were paying for the entirety of the alcohol & their service. They waited to get all of the alcohol and ice the morning of the wedding and then I got a text 1 minute before they were supposed to arrive that they were having issues finding ice, but they were on their way. I bought 5 cases of white claws and 2 30 racks of Coors for the bridal party and they started serving those & drinks out of our friends cooler without asking. They were giving out drinks to people no problem and after their 4th trip up there, then they would try and ID them. Multiple guests have told me they were rude and unprofessional, which is a bummer because it was out of my control. And when we got the final bill they put my fiancés name as Jordan and his name is Jarrett. On such an important day, you want bartenders you can count on. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any vendor & they didn't even apologize for their horrible display of a business.

She showed up late 2/3 days and left early once too. She was short-tempered and rude to guests throughout, including snapping at the bride's aunt. She apologized the next day, but there is no excuse for lashing out at a guest at someone's wedding. We sent her a detailed run-of-show a full month in advance, covering her responsibilities hour by hour. It didn't matter. Day-of, she repeatedly told us tasks in that document "weren't in her job title" and simply refused to do them, leaving us scrambling to cover gaps she'd known about for weeks. On day one, she announced she needed extra help because the job was too much for her. We agreed to bring someone on, but then she refused to leave until we paid her more, on the spot, late at night, while we were trying to go to bed after an exhausting day. That is not the time or place to hold an event hostage over money. She also flatly refused to work outside once it got dark, despite being contracted until midnight, and missed multiple event cues we'd specifically asked her to handle. Worse, her conduct undercut the entire reason we hired staff in the first place. Our photographer caught her asking reception guests to help carry dirty dishes upstairs for her!! She repeatedly pulled guests aside to fetch things for her, served herself food before guests had gone through the line, and got line for our hired milkshake truck before a single guest had the chance to get in line. Her assistant, Bill, was just as unpleasant. Otherwise, she was eating or on break every time we looked for her, seeming generally unwilling to be there at all. As maid of honor, I shouldn't have had to manage a staff crisis and be brought to tears by the person we paid to make our jobs easier. We hired her so our guests could just enjoy the wedding. Instead, guests picked up her slack while she argued with us about money in the middle of our event. Would NEVER recommend her for any event!!
