However, she has been ghosting me for several weeks now. She only attempted to meet with me once (I was out of town) and never tried again. Her contract stipulates that a venue walkthrough is required 6 months before the wedding. I am now well past that window and she never reached out for this nor did she respond to my email asking about it. I asked for part of my deposit back as she has done nothing in terms of planning for my wedding and unsurprisingly she has not responded. Your wedding coordinator is supposed to relieve stress, not cause you stress. I'm only glad this happened now and not a week before the wedding so that I can find a wedding coordinator who is actually willing to do their job.

After the wedding, I now think this was the best money we ever spent. Throughout the day, they made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. They told me when and where to go to keep everything moving on time, they coordinated all the setup, and made sure I didn't accidentally run into my fiancé before the ceremony. After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team. He does not usually cry but was sobbing so it was obviously painful. My husband watched it happen and reached up where he fell and noticed that there is almost NO padding on the beam! Today we returned and found that there is a huge piece of the molding at the bottom of a wall that had come off and is just laying there ready to be tripped on! The owners REALLY need to do some repairs and update the safety in here. We love watching our son have so much fun but don't want him getting hurt anymore....

Wish this was honored but since I wasn't in the system, I guess the gal knew I wouldn't know. Might go again if my son wanted to but there are so many other options at the puyallup mall.

We met for no less than half a dozen times, where we discussed everything from design ideas, etiquete, timelines, budget, rentals, contracts, and honestly the who/what/when/where/and why of OUR wedding. She knew all the right questions to ask to help us turn our thoughts into reality. Before we knew it our wedding day was in a week. Everything was in place, and it just needed to happen. This is where she shines. Angela wrangled everyone from the wedding party, the photographer, the rental deliveries, the venue personel, i mean everyone. She made sure they all knew exeactly what their jobs were, and that they were there to do them. I was completely hands off for this last week before the wedding and it made the process so much less stress. On the big day she ran it like a Swiss watch. Everything ran seamlessly, period.
